Rationale:
Ashelotte had RRDI's IBIS-02 droid network a list of underground wares, several of which would be knowingly illegal in most systems and sectors, via a heavily encrypted address in the holonet. It can be discovered through anchors hidden in subliminal ads placed within the Ri'ess Regal Holomall, which then lead to the site with the listings of wares and services. A two-way IBIS encrypted feed and standard one-way RSA encryption ensure that all dealings are completely untraceable without the exact hardware (of which the only other exists stationary, property of the Crystal Heart Workshop, unbeknownst to all).

Description:
There lies, buried deep within the infinite stream of the holonet, located somewhere through the Ri'ess Regal Holomall, a well-guarded secret; a special underground shop which does not officially or physically exist.
No one knows who operates it, and without the identical equipment, none ever will. It is here in this mysterious little darknet site where unmistakably questionable sales are made on offer and rare, valuable items - sometimes less than legitimately gained - are exchanged.
The payment process is simple - credits are drawn from the source account through an encryption filter and down through several other accounts.
The delivery, however, is full of obscurity, though most presume to think the items reach a dead drop and are moved via droid or stealth agent to their final destination, as the item always manages to arrive in time.
Officially, the Fifth Tail is not a company, and does not exist (IC-wise).
