The Fated Introduction

The Jedi Temple on Yutan.
The temple radiated a profound aura of benevolence. It was a nebulous of light side energy that kept the lingering darkness of the universe away. Jhoren sauntered through the halls of the common area - Golden pillars stood between the ground and the ceiling. The floors were made of some synthetic material, but the base was brown making it out to be as if it was carved out of mahogany. Gray streaks ran through the middle, interconnecting, and leading to different portions of the facility.

Jhoren was never one for aesthetics, but even he had to marvel at the architectural ingenuity that had given rise to this marvelous sanctuary. The Jedi moved through the endless stream of bodies, his gait somewhat brisker than usual. The excitement was building, today was going to be a great day. <Breathe...> He had to wash himself of anticipation, that gave rise to disappointment when expectations were not met.

Today he would showcase his knowledge of Djem-So to an audience of Younglings. <Erase expectations..>
Shortly after erasing 'expectations' he'd arrive at the training area. It was an atrium of sorts, an open area with verdant grass centering the middle with mocha colored walls that stood an estimated 10 meters in length. Automated doors were at the front.

Five or so human children sat on the grass. Was that boredom? Jhoren certainly hoped not.
"Younglings. My name is Jhoren, pleased to meet you all." His introduction was grounded in mischievousness.

The small courtyards within the temple on Yutan were sites visited frequently by Jedi, for the vibrant nature and liveliness of the areas were ideal for their training. Within the center of the atrium-like room extended a tall tree that had grown upwards and high above the open ceiling, casting a shadow below that was cool and relaxing. Sitting beneath the large tree in a meditative fashion, Tugoro Taidarious would slowly open his eyes, the trance had been in quickly fading as he absorbed his surroundings. He had been there for several hours now, and felt centered within the force once more. Too long had he gone without visiting one of the Jedi temples, which were a focal point of light side energy.

Directing his gaze towards the metallic automated doors that slid open, the Jedi Master would watch as a group of younglings entered the room, led by what appeared to be a senior Padawan. They had a lot more experience than other students, and were mostly of older age. The Jedi Order that had decided to remain with the Republic had lost member revered members, along with skilled teachers that taught at the temples daily. Now, even Padawans were utilized as instructors, for many of the Knights and Masters that remained were too busy with the violence and politics of war. The brown haired man closed his eyes once more, only briefly, as he let his mind slip into the flow of the force.

His presence followed the waves of energy that trailed through the room, if followed further through the galaxy itself. That required time and effort, however, and Tugoro's current task was not one he found difficulty in. Following the river that was the force, the Jedi eventually happened upon the signatures of Jhoren Arksurann and the other students, the Padawan's obviously being the one that stood out the most. It was bright and powerful, the call sign of a true Jedi to be. Remaining silent and still, the man decided he would simply observe for the moment.

Jhoren knew that the younglings were starting to get antsy so he kicked things off right away. "Right. Activate your Training Sabers." These tools were constructed to teach the children on how to use a saber properly. They were of limited power, thus limited danger, and this was a go to weapon before they matured enough to forge their very own light-saber. A Rodian stood, he couldn't have been older than eight standard years drew from a cache of neatly assorted training sabers.

The intense bar of iridescent blue energy sprawls from his blade. Jhoren smiles - with a flick of his wrist his own blade slapped in the palm of his hand. After activating his own training saber he'd give his hilt a dexterous whirl before stepping closer. The child initiated the show-down with an opening stance, feet matching heel toe alignment, arms swaying upwards and eyes that read his opponent carefully. "Here I go!"

A distinctive jab was thrown the Jedis way; the male simply smiled as he caught the blade on the side with a reflective parry and spun on his heel. After which he'd do himself justice and attempt to counterattack with a flourish of his own that stopped just short of the child's shoulder.
"Djem So."
"It's power comes from your ability to perceive a threat. When you're attacked you may only have seconds to react, and that is what this stance thrives upon. Unpredictable counters with swift, and precisely drawn blows. " The Rodian backed away.

Next two unassuming Droids reached for blasters. Though, given the setting of the pistol was set to it could only stun, it would likely leave a nasty mark if hit. "Please, stand behind the reflective barrier." A shielding of sorts in the form of a wall ascends, this would protect the children from any sort of ricochet. "Fire when ready."

It was at this moment the force called to the male. He was the blaster. He was the Droid that positioned the gun towards his body and leveled onto his chest. He was the branching circuity that composed its metallic anatomy. He was the children in the room, he was his saber, but more importantly he was Jhoren Arkurann - Jedi of Yutan.

Two shots tore through the immediate vicinity , and two shots of energy were expertly reflected leaving sizzling burn marks on the hands of the Droids who fired them in the first place. "Oops." Jhoren stated with heavy sarcasm.

"COOL!" The children cheered. Now it would be their turn to train with what they've been shown.
