The Elite Customers

Spencer followed the woman back to the ship, she was wary about having someone whom they had just met onto their home. Doing her best to hide her displeasure at the entire thing, Spencer remained quiet and listened to the two talk. Ashin knew her way around the technical side of things, but what would she want with more ships or another ship. Spencer narrowed her brow as she figured the Peregrine was perfection, though maybe there was something more to this little interaction.

Removing her cloak she tossed it onto a nearby chair as they passed through. The woman was taking notes and Spencer remembered this moment so she could recall it later to take a look at what she was writing. Glancing about, she never really took in what the Peregrine was and she was left in awe once again. More talks about different ships among other things.

Spencer decided to speak up this time, her voice soft though far from her childish tone she once had.

“Drones only provide some information; battle against a living enemy only shows how well something has performed. Drones can be programed…living organisms cannot. Are drones your only way of proving your tactics useful?”

Arms folding in front of her chest as she spoke out of turn.

“Weapons are only as good as their user – a user lacking in skill will not be able to utilize the weaponry though same could be said with someone who is skilled using something subpar.”
