  • [SIZE=9pt]Fortress: Extremely strong defenses in Ego’s multi-layered shields and its reinforced hull made from Turadium, Ferrocarbon, and Quadanium. It has a point defense laser system as a last resort, and it has extensive sensor suites to give the command crew sufficient time to react to any impending threats. Using Tractor Beam Projectors and Jamming Beam Projectors the Ego can move ships about defensively and for repair purposes. (Moving PC Ships requires PC Approval)[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Layered: Like a seven-layer dip, Ego is well protected and segmented. First Layer is the outermost deflector shield with a shield gate, right underneath that is the molecular shield, then there is spacing between that and the inner shield, then the inner deflector shield with its own shield gate, then you get to the actual space station. From here there are multiple layers of commercial and private sectors intermittent with each other. In the very middle of the ship are the master control systems and the Kyber Vault. (The Kyber Vault will be getting its own submission in the near future).[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Weaknesses:[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]To go into Hyperspace, all outermost shields must be powered down, thus opening a weakness for boarding parties and/or opening up to a barrage of enemy fire. Also requires some form of scout to analyze the end jump point to see if there is enough room for the Ego to fit. [/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Jamming Beams can be blocked by insignificant vessels and can only affect one target each. Strong enough ships can completely or partially negate this jamming effect. [/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Point-defense laser system is automated and cannot be used offensively, and therefore can only be used as a last resort against missiles and bombs and/or other projectiles. Does its job quite well however as its focus is limited to projectiles only (missiles & bombs).[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]It’s freaking huge! If you miss this then you must be blind. The Ego is humongous, spanning 80000 meters in length, 75000 meters in width and 65000 meters in height. And then there is also the fact that it looks like a giant human skull carved out of an asteroid with a mini city inside of it.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Description: The Kyber Bank is willing to go to any extent possible to maximize the protection of their vaults. Originally on Nar Shaddaa, these small hidden vaults were merged upon the creation of The Ego. In order to pay for the creation of Ego, the Kyber Bank pulled its many cards out into the play. It forced debtors to pay up, and if they couldn’t pay up then they were given a second option: work for the Kyber Bank to build it a space station capable of hyperspace travel. And yes, we did say Hyperspace Travel. The Ego can move across the galaxy, but is restricted by its size in creating a necessity to send a scouting vessel first to ensure that there is enough room for the Ego to move in undisturbed by both naturally occurring objects and those made by other means (man-made and whatever passes for man-made for other species). [/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Back to the protection of their Vaults. By building the entire space station around its one gigantic vault, the Kyber Bank forced all of its defenses to be oriented primarily upon/around the vault and the Kyber Bank itself, which included all Kyber personnel and assets. Assets however was a loose term as everything on the Ego was technically an asset of the Kyber Bank. These assets were however rented out at normal prices, and in some cases low prices in an attempt to raise demand, as once amenities were in place and the value of certain sectors increased as would the taxes, which is a standard practice across the galaxy. If one couldn’t find a job, then one would be found, normally in the form of construction/repair work, or hiring out to one of the many smugglers employed by the Kyber Bank. The Kyber Bank was what it always has been: the giver and taker of coin and credit.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]As to actual specifications, the Ego has Point Defense Laser Systems spread out at even intervals in a hexagonal pattern for maximum efficiency. These are all completely automated. There are also 10,000 Jamming Beam Projectors connected with an equal amount of Tractor Beam projectors (10,000x) which are also spread out an even intervals in a hexagonal pattern for maximum efficiency. And to further increase this efficiency, these systems create a pattern of Tractor Beam + Jamming Beam Projectors, surrounded by a hexagonal formation of 6 Point Defense Systems, with this pattern of defense being evident almost everywhere on the hull of the Ego. Each of the Tractor Beam + Jamming Beam Projector stations is manned by a two man crew which go on shifts of 4 hours. There are no breaks between shifts, and shift workers do not end their shift until the next shift arrives in order to minimize downtime of these defenses. Some of the important systems include the Damage Control Systems and the Anti-concussion fields. The entire station is built inside of an asteroid and is modeled to look like a giant skull. It is powered by a gigantic reactor core right below the vault, and its main focus is twofold: Defend the Vault and Keep the other defenses up (Including everything necessary to live). The reactor has its own Agrinium Reactor shielding and is also surrounded by an enclision grid. Now the Ego was a civilian station, so having big armaments would be a waste of space, as it was common knowledge that it was a defense oriented station. Any offensive dealings would never happen with the Ego, as its primary purpose was simple: defend the grand vault of the Kyber Bank and make sure that it can never be taken over by enemies.[/SIZE]

Your numbers here seem a bit high to be defensive only. I'd suggest just removing the numbers here completely, but keep the Point-defense laser system. If you make this change, please be sure to make sure the numbers (or removal of numbers) in the description also matches.

These should be some pretty easy bits to sort out so we can get get this thing approved
