He stood at the top of the spire that overlooked most of the city, a glass of water in one hand and his mask in the other as he enjoyed the night air a little. With a heavy sigh he pushed off the balconies railings and walked back into the room he had been given to stay in. Finishing the glass and placing it on a table he walked passed he then put his mask back on and rubbed the back of his neck. "Is this dust ball really worth it?" He wondered out loud, his mask deepening and distorting his voice to inhuman degrees.
He had come along with a few one sith delegates to try and persuade the government to join the One sith before the republic got to them but given the way the talks had been going over the last two days, the os would have to invade the dust ball to get it. Despite having to sit in on the talks and waste his time, something the delegates would find out when he punished them severely for wasting the time of a dark council member.
He hadn't been idle though and when he got time to think and act on his own outside those stuffy chambers he had been busy. "How is the Hyperwave inertial momentum sustainer holding up in the test phases?" He asked a hologram of a chiss engineer that was hard at work in the orbital shipyard station above Csilla.
The man was well groomed and impeccably dressed like most chiss from their home-world of Csilla and his manner of not letting a single emotion show was an endearing trait to Erebos. "The tests aren't fully conclusive but they show promise if this ship line is capable of sustaining the HIMS completely we can go onto the next phase of integrating it into the new line of Hyperdrives for ZTI." The man replied with a respectful tone and a few button presses changed his hologram to the design of the Kevn-class star destroyer that the ship yard was developing. "The Inertial compensator is coming along quite well and conclusive testing show that it's capable of diverting 99% of the inertia and gravity backlashes that would affect the ships and it's crew." The image of the chiss came back on display and spoke once more.
"That is very good the crew should feel something so they can know what's happening around them. How long until the HIMS and the Inertial compensator are fully operational to the specifications and capable of being placed on the production line for the Kevn-class?" Erebos then said as he observed the chiss a little. "It should be within a matter of day's my lord." The chiss replied still respectfully and not letting a tinge of emotion show. "Excellent keep me informed through my personal assistant there on station she will send me the data as she gets it." He then said as he moved to turn the holo-communicator off. "Very well my lord." Were the chiss's final words as his hologram disappeared,
