Good. She was learning that I would be the force pushing her down. She would learn that I was the one who would send her tumbling down the mountain she chose to climb. She would find the wind pushing in her face, the water slowing her step, and the fires burning her skin. She continued to do the task I set before her. She was doing it without touching it. But not quite as fast as I would. Now, acting against her, I would force the flames to stay in a straight line. Keeping them from moving in any formation she would try. Resisting any movement she made.
