The One Horned Demon
The stars streaked past the windows of the small ship. Darkness surrounded Cain as he slowly dosed off in the comfortable leather seat. Without warning, he slipped into a dark and lonely dream. Cain stood in long dark corridor, filled with large bronze pillars stretching down the sides. He began to slowly walk down the corridor. He felt a warmth around him. His mother appeared in front of him. Her smile brought tears to his eyes. His father appeared, and put his arm around Cain's mother. Cain's best friend appeared next. He ran towards them, but they kept getting farther away. He started running faster with his arm stretched outward. Everyone was crying. He slowly got closer and closer. He got to them, and tried to embrace them. He fell straight through them.

As he fell forward, the floor underneath him disappeared. He was falling in a black abyss. He slowed down, and landed on his feet. A fog clung to the bottom of the floor. He walked for an eternity. On his sides, he saw images of moments in his life. Moments he regretted. The images cleared, and he saw himself standing before him. Only this version of him, had eyes of fire, and scars down the right side of his face. The Cain standing in front of him, ignited his lightsabers. The red light revealed a dark red stone ground underneath him. Cain, then noticing the light sabers on his belt, ignited his weapons. They lit up. The two colors, blue and red, appeared to be fighting. Cain was surprised by the color of his saber. The two men charged at each other. Right before they clashed, Cain woke up with a start.

He got the joy of watching his ship smash straight into an asteroid. The one time he fell asleep, the emergency maneuverability didn't kick in. Cain woke up faster than ever before. He instantly accessed the damages. The left wing of his ship was torn off completely. There was no way he could land on a planet safely. He started his descent onto the nearest plant, which happened to be right underneath him. The ship violently shook, when the engines began to speed up. When he entered the atmosphere, the started to plummet.

Cain was trying to keep it from instantly killing him as much as possible. The nose of the ship was almost pointing directly towards the ground. The descent was not looking good at all. Cain was rapidly pushing buttons. Using every thing in his disposal to get the ship parallel with the ground. Just when he was about to give up, an extremely large gust of wind, made the ship go flying. The wind also pushed the nose up. The ship, almost immediately skidded against the ground. The ship was damaged beyond repair. The glass shattered, and the walls crushed around him. The ship slammed against a giant rock, causing the front to be flattened. Cain's legs were inches away from being crushed.
