- Kyber Resonance Core – harnesses the combined energy of multiple kyber crystals.
- Alchemized Stabilizers – Sith alchemy used to contain and direct otherwise unstable crystal resonance.
- Self-Sustaining Power Loop – theoretically capable of powering large vessels, stations, or superweapons indefinitely if stabilized.
- Overload Potential – energy output can be deliberately forced beyond safety margins, producing destructive results akin to a contained detonation.
- Crystallization - combining multiple Lightsaber crystals together creating a new product which therefore retains the abilities or properties of those which were infused together to create it.
- Massive Power Output – Capable of supplying energy levels far beyond conventional fusion or hypermatter reactors.
- Force Resonance – Kyber crystal alignment makes the device responsive to Force-sensitive manipulation, allowing attuned users to adjust or "tune" the reactor.
- Compact Design – While volatile, the reactor is significantly smaller than traditional power sources with equivalent output.
- Instability – Without precise alignment, resonance between kyber crystals can destabilize, leading to catastrophic meltdown.
- Dark Side Reliance – Reactor stability improves when operated or overseen by a Dark Side Force-user; without one, its functionality drops sharply.
- Not Mass-Produced – Each unit must be painstakingly crafted and ritually stabilized, making replication nearly impossible.
- Security Hazard – If sabotaged or overloaded, the reactor becomes a devastating bomb.
The Creatura Reactor is a dangerous and ambitious experiment in Sith engineering, designed to merge the arcane traditions of kyber resonance with the brutal practicality of industrial power generation. Unlike conventional hypermatter reactors, the Creatura Reactor functions by forcing multiple kyber crystals into harmonic alignment. When stabilized, these crystals create a resonance loop that generates staggering amounts of energy.
It's name, "Creatura," reflects its almost living, breathing nature. Within its armored core, the crystals pulse like a heart, cycling Force-attuned energy in patterns reminiscent of a creature's respiration. Sith alchemy binds the reactor's stabilizers, infusing them with runic wards to control the immense crystal resonance.
In theory, the Creatura Reactor could power anything from a capital ship to a planetary defense grid indefinitely. In practice, however, it is highly volatile. Without careful calibration, and the guiding hand of a Dark Side Force-user, the crystals' resonance begins to fracture, tearing itself apart and risking meltdown. This duality has made the reactor as much a weapon as a power source.
The design draws on forbidden research and ancient experiments in kyber weaponization, taking inspiration from both Jedi and Sith traditions of crystal attunement. It is a singular creation, embodying the dangerous allure of limitless energy at the cost of equally limitless risk.
It was invented by

Over fifty years since it's invention this piece of technology was retained as part of a collection of paraphernalia formerly owned by Ayra and later kept by a Muun entrepreneur called Serj Sularis. It remained safe albeit hidden within Sularis' personal lot until 900 ABY when an auction was hosted on Sojourn and where it was later purchased under the direction of
