Bill Name: The Corporate Influence Act V2
In Relation To: War Marshal Helix War Marshal Helix
Proposer: Darth Malum of House Marr Darth Malum of House Marr
Cosigns: Trayze Tesar Trayze Tesar Darth Nefaron Darth Nefaron
Threads: The Springtime of Nations, A New Home

Bill Summary:
The bill after narrowly going down in defeat under previous vote due to mainly partistan brinkmanship, seeks to implement on a more bilaterial basis, the most often forgotten rule of the Sith-Imperial Assembly, the statute allowing for the representation of 'state sponsored corporation' to have 'a seat and vote in the Assembly.' Recognising the contribution that Helix Solutions an had in the victory of the Sith Empire over the Galactic Alliance on Woostri, in the providing of specialised aquatic craft and soldiery, and noting further contributions from both the director and company in the design and construction of the Sith military, the proposer and co-signers of this bill believe their voice must be represented and considered within the Sith-Imperial Assembly. Moreover, recognising the wide breadth of support that which the director of the company holds, his influence should be recognised within the political structure of the Empire.

Story Impact:
This bill will allow for the corporately inclined character of War Marshal Helix War Marshal Helix , who does not play a traditional Sith-aligned individual, a say in the Assembly, moreover cementing the precedent that the Empire represents figures far beyond simply Sith Lords. Furthermore, will finally use the proviso allowed within the world-building document, that allows for this sort of corporate representation within the Sith Order. Moreover, it rewards this character and these type of characters and players for the RP they have been doing and provides an avenue for other non-traditional Sith entities within the Faction to make their influence felt. Furthermore, Malum having realised the sense of overreach stemming from having one of his own included in the bill previously, believes a far less ambitious bill has the ability to pass, and if not, seeks to wedge those who vote no, against the rising influence of the recently promoted War Marshal and his allies.
