The Cerberus Trade Building

Location: Coruscant, within the Senatorial District.
Affiliation: The Cerberus Corporation, Galactic Alliance.
Description: The Cerberus Trade Building is a vast and monolithic structure built shortly after the rise of the Galactic Alliance on the Glittering Jewel. Built from the designs of the Cerberus Corporation’s finest architects it was built to be a monument to the retaking of the planet it calls home.
At its base a great mall takes precedence, designed with the people in mind it houses restaurants, hotels, casinos and enough shopping facilities to bring credit resource back into the sector in heavy doses.
Rising from atop of this foundation is Cerberus Tower 1 and Cerberus Tower 2.
Tower 1, built to be the home for Cerberus itself vastly changed in direction mid-construction to become a central trade centre for any businesses needing offices on Coruscant but unable to have their own locations constructed. Within Tower one, there are offices, lounges, apartments and even entire floors dedicated to recreational activity.
Tower 2, differs vastly from the first and is designed not as a centre of trade but as living quarters for those within Cerberus and also companies who hold office space in Tower One. Each apartment has been designed with the most luxurious attention to detail and emphasis on pieces made from sources across Galactic Alliance Space.
The Pyramid. Probably the more unusual part of the Cerberus Trade Building, the Pyramid was designed to be rented space for any security element in place by Cerberus. Currently open for the Galactic Alliance’s military and Jedi forces as well as multiple mercenary security the pyramid has become the head the base planning for future Coruscant defence systems.
History: When the Galactic Alliance freed Coruscant from the barbaric holdings of the One Sith a gathering of Independent and Alliance based companies all moved quickly on the chance to establish themselves on the Ex-Galactic Capitol. Fortris Sonn's Cerberus Corporation was one of the few who took the full advantage to re-locate their complete operation from Sullust to the newly rescued planet with the assistance of Silk Holdings, a company that Fortris had contact with prior to the invasion.
Upon arrival the Cerberus Corporation established themselves quickly as the premier construction agency on Coruscant, working fast to create something that was a symbol not only of Cerberus' presence on the planet but of the Galactic Alliance as a whole. Locating damaged property that was settled within the political centre of Coruscant was easy enough after the effects of the invasion and Cerberus moved fast to remove the more structurally damaged buildings before establishing the Cerberus Trade Building smack bang in the middle of the political and commercial centre of Coruscant.
Intent: To create a Headquarters for trade upon Coruscant that is open to any company loyal to the planet.
