DESCRIPTION
There was little that could be said of the Mandalorian people and their music. For all the Galaxy knew, they were a Joyless, War-like people that relished in the clashing of swords and the thunderous cacophony of plasmatic cannonade. However, the truth was very much the opposite. Like many other Cultures that populated the Galaxy, the Mandalorian people relished the sonorous tunes that inspired them to dance, or to remember. While these musical styles differed from one Clan to another and were likely heavily influenced by the myriad regional dialects, there was a single constant that spanned the Cultural boundaries.

Although their construction, composition, and styles were akin to the myriad variations of musical preferences that dominated the Clans - there were some that relished the wistful longing of a wind instrument.

However, as befitting any Mandalorian instrument crafted by an Artisan’s hands, the Bes’bev also doubled as an improvised weapon. Forged traditionally of Beskar iron, the same metal which many Mandalorian's crafted their armor of, meant that the instrument was capable of remaining structurally sound under repeated physical duress. Naturally, that capability varied from one struck object to another - as flesh held a different structural density than metal. While the Bes'bev could also double as a short range baton under duress, capable of withstanding glancing lightsaber blows if constructed from traditional materials, one would note the construction of the instrument to include a sharp pointed end like a pen's quill. This was conducive to the traditional use of a Bes'bev when not playing, that of a stabbing instrument.

Sufficed to say, Mandalorians weren’t the greatest fans of those who were overly critical of their beloved music.

We all fall in parallel
Hey there! I'll be helping you get this approved.

So for starters, you have the Canon link for Bes'bev covered; but you also have the primary source section filled out. You can just put N/A there: that section is meant for if you're taking a previous submission and you're making adjustments or basing your new submission off of it.

In terms of strengths and weaknesses:

Please specify how it being an instrument is a weakness, or remove it as a weakness.

Please revise the weakness involving the music; as it is an instrument, something like "extremely difficult to play well, a beginner might not be able to produce a pleasant sound, or even cause discomfort to listeners" would be a good weakness. As is, there is no real downside to it.

If you could, adding another weakness involving how using it as an improvised weapon might warp or otherwise damage the bes'bev and render its functionality weakened or compromised would be an ideal weakness to balance things out.

Otherwise, this is a cool use of a Canon Mandalorian Cultural setpiece.
