Intent: Create a unique set of armor for Darth Ira.
Development Thread: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/31734-through-the-gates-of-hell-republic-invasion-of-empress-teta-republic-vs-one-sith/ - Devastating Defeat at the hands of Two Force users. (Cortosis)

Manufacturer: Artemisia Vy Kar
Model: The Battlegear of Pyktis (Anger)
Affiliation: N/A
Modularity: No
Production: Unique
Material: Polished Black and Silver Cortosis (Armor) Black Shimmersilk (Bodysuit) Terentatek Leather (Inner Padding of Armor)
Description: After her devastating defeat as Aaralyn Rekali, [member="Darth Isolda"] saw fit to have a suit of armor created for the new Sword of the Goddess and Sith Lord of Anger. Wanting to ensure that she would strike fear into the hearts of those she encountered, she proposed that the suit take a similar design to that of a Krayt Dragon. Devlish horns, black and silver in color and imposing to say the least. When Artemisia (Darth Ira) was attacked on Coruscant, the urge to get the armor created was paramount.

The armor itself was composed of a cortosis plate that generated a tough exterior shell that would withstand multiple blows from a lightsaber, even after the re-ignition of the blade. The inner padding was lined with the husks of terentateks and a soft silk in order to provide some comfort and protection against Force energies that might try to damage Darth Ira in combat. The suit itself is sealed to prevent toxins of aerosol or liquid nature from seeping in.

The suit wasn’t too cumbersome, still able to move fairly well in combat, but unable to do acrobatic maneuvers and off-the wall flips as she used to when she was a Jedi Master. The suit was meant to be intimidating, durable and highly resistant to Lightsaber combat and selective Force powers, the rest was up to the user within the suit.

Cortosis is the full alloy, able to withstand blows from a lightsaber, minor energy resistance but loses the property to deactivate lightsabers. The hide loses the property of Lightsaber resistance, but maintains the full alchemized Force power protection. Cortosis also maintains the heat/blaster resistant properties as mentioned. Weaker against blunt/bladed weapons.

Classification: Multi-Purpose
Weight: 17.1 KG

Quality: Quality: 8 Energy, 6.5 Blunt/Blade Weaponry (Cortosis) | .5 General (Bodysuit) | 5 Energy, 3 Blunt/Bladed Weaponry (Terentatek Hide)
Special Features:

Lightning Resistant (Bracers)
Limited Immunity to select Force Powers (Inner lining of the armor is Terentatek hide)
  • Limited Force push/crush resistance
  • Force Lightning
  • Spear of Midnight Black (Still can result in blunt trauma)

Left gauntlet projects poison. (Integrated plaeryin bol)
Rebreather (Ail Filtration, Max 8 Hour Sustainment for non-combat operations, 4 hours for combat operations)

Before I head into the prospect of layering multiple lightsaber-resistant materials, generally a no-no, I'd like some clarifications on the Cortosis. How pure is the Cortosis exactly? Purer Cortosis deactivates opponent's lightsabers and has in general larger energy resistance, but at the cost of being far more vulnerable against physical assault due to Cortosis being a very brittle metal. Cortosis Alloys are stronger against physical assault, but loses the lightsaber deactivating property and some energy resistance. Additionally, division of quality against different situations would be ideal.

As discussed:
