The Ballad of Leroy Jenkins (CIS Dominion of Toong'L 100 posts)

A soft sigh escaped the Commander as comms were restored. His hands felt heavy with the sidearms in each one. The Quarren just kept on staring; saying no words.

Thank the force for stars like you Oddball. All of these men, every one of them.

Calico flickered over to the Fleetcomm system. "Colonel, what's the policy on Sith. The head evil monk seems to be surrendering."

Galaar Tal'Verda

Just one more butchered soul.
The Medic looked up and gave Kage a deadpan stare at his optimistic response like the clone was some child who needed chidding. "Actually, CC-252 will need a prosthetic, mechanical combat durable arm replacement before returning to duty. The bone damage is nigh irreparable and unless a new arm is attached, this trooper will be unfit for duty."

Galaar laid on the stretcher and slowly fell back to sleep again as they dragged him to an operating room for intimidate procedure whereas the Strill followed but was still behind Kage's feet, whining.

As one, the Sith bodyguards dropped their lightsabers to the ground. If that wasn't a show of surrender, Calico didn't know what was.

So you do have brains.

The troopers moved all around the Dark-siders, scooping up their weapons and popping force-cuffs on their prisoners. Each Sith was led out systematically by two clones each. The sound of Gunships landing on the pad outside was comforting as Calico cuffed the Quarren and began to lead him on down the hall. "Jackpot, Oddball, you boys are with me. The rest of the team will keep the citadel secure...Ja'ika, that massive compensator you lug around actually worked today." The Commander grumbled as he shoved the Quarren into the LAAT. Heavy rain had started to fall. It wiped off some of the blood, dust, and ash from Calico's armor--that saved some work later.

The Commander boarded the shuttle, awaiting Oddball and Jackpot. It only took him a moment to find the signature of CC-325--his savior. "Trooper, get on the shuttle. You're shipping out to help with the prisoners. We'll be waiting."

With that, Calico slumped to the ground in the back of the gunship. He hadn't waited for the Colonel's orders, but he wasn't a murderer either. Executing the Sith would have been wrong. With that comforting thought, Calico allowed himself to drift off into his own thoughts. The Dread Guard would receive leave duty soon--he needed to prove that they deserved it on the next world before that.

As soon as he heard himself being addressed by the commander, Sawtooth nodded and slipped his knives back into their sockets on either side of his chest. "Yes sir." Pulling his pistol from his side, he fell into place next to a Sith that was already being chaperoned by another trooper. Gradually, the three made their way to the shuttle and the Sith was put into custody. Shortly after, CC-325 made his way to the general area for debriefing.

Lefty would need a metal plate - the skull itself wouldn't be healing, but the brain was fine...well, mostly. Her parietal lobe had been damaged, messing up her sense of touch. As much as it might be nice to not feel pain, she couldn't feel anything else either. Scythe was fine, Bluejay had a few scrapes, bruises, et cetera, but was otherwise fine.

Jackpot stopped his blaster fire. The Sith didn't seem to be resisting anymore and soon they surrendered. The clone's job was done, they had defeated the Sith and succesfully conquered the planet. Jackpot walked back to the LAAT along with Calico and Oddball. He had powered down his Z-6, but he had not let down his guard. The Sith were sneaky enemies and could attack the clones around them any second. That's why he was ready to whip out his DC-15s Sidearms any second now, to shoot the Sith if they tried anything funny. One could never be too cautious with the Sith. He moved into the Gunship and got ready for extraction.
