The Auxiliary - A New Era of Soldiering

A new concept has struck me as a viable way to be more inclusive to those of alien physiology. Much like Ancient Rome - I propose we develop an Auxiliary, unconventional shock troops consisting of many alien races of the First Order worlds. While not as prestigious as the Stormtrooper Corps or the Planetary Defense Forces, or the First Order Navy - every tool has its use.

Taking into account Sieger Ren's pragmatism, I would like to formally commission the construction and development of an Auxiliary to be deployed in high risk of death situations, expendable troops with the promise of (something?) for their service in the Auxiliary. All equipment will be personally provided by the joinee - it will be run much like the French Foreign Legion though obviously we won't be breaking the fourth wall here. I'll type up a more complete summary but I wanted to float the idea as I know right now we are super human centric, which limits people options who have xeno characters but want to blow stuff up.

While the auxiliary provides their own equipment - the full arsenal of weapons will be available to them - or at least hand me downs

This is a really interesting and cool idea. One thing I've seen about the FFL is that only French nationals can be promoted to the rank of officer. While I'm no sure how accurate this is, it would be interesting to put this into the Auxiliary.

Aliens aren't exactly the most welcome in the FO in canon, right? Perhaps this would be a good idea to allow aliens into the military without "allowing" them.

I really love this idea and definitely think it needs to be fleshed out!!
