Description:

The Tython Prototype is a ship that has two roles within the Galactic Republic Navy. It primaries as a Command Ship, and works as an Assault Ship with it’s sheer amount of powerful weaponry. With a black coloured hull to blend into the black of space, it is hard to see without sensors working, although the large shape that would certainly be blocking a patch of stars would be quite obvious after a few moments of confusion.

Fast for it’s size it’s more or less meant to be used as a rapid response command ship or as a heavy assault ship. It utilizes a decent sized complement as it is more or less meant to be used in a taskforce of varying sizes, it has all of the systems a ship of it’s stature should have. From an idea directly from Zaren Bouqi, Meditation Chambers are located within the ship to provide Jedi onboard a place of calm to meditate, or a place that is secure for Masters of Battle Meditation.

If the ship were to ever fall into enemy hands, the terminal upon the bridge has several ‘tests’ to go through to activate the self-destruct, so that it wasn’t blown up through simply slicing into the systems. A few of the tests would an eye test for the various High Commanders of the Republic, hand prints, and a typed in code, all within that order.

With layered shield emitters, the Prototype is capable of absorbing large amounts of damage. If it’s ray shields were to be burnt out and they were deactivated, they would eventually recharge whilst the particle shielding took effect after a few minutes of siphoning power from non-essential systems. While the ray shields recharged, the standard deflector shield automatically turned on at 50% of shields full powered, and protected the ship while the ray shields recharged. The particle shields were online at all times, and when the ray shields went down they pushed outwards and protected from what should be an inevitable missile salvo to finish the job, but instead be met with the particle shields, and halted momentarily while the deflector shields came online as a second line of defense once the particle shields eventually died. When the ray shields eventually came back online the deflector shields deactivated and siphoned off power to both of the shields so that they will last longer.

A good start, but there are some discrepancies that'll need addressing.

  • First; Assault Command ships are Speed 9, not 8.
  • You're about 100 over on your defense guns, but you lack any warheads. If you traded all your warheads in for defense guns, you're missing about another 140. 120 missiles would net you 240 defense guns after trade-in penalty.
  • Need a number for the transports.

Edited the first and third points, but I don't understand what you're trying to say for the second one?

I don't have any warheads to trade in.

By default, you ought to have 120 warhead launchers or 30 heavy warhead launchers. You do not have any of them. If you want to just trade them all in for aesthetics, you can.

Edited to 30 heavy warheads. Do I need to specify what type of warheads? Baradium or Proton?

For clarification's sake, if you were to express your ship's shields as a multiple of a normal assault command ship's shields, what would that number be?

I think it'd be more like a 2.5 if I'm correct. Since the shields aren't all on at the same time and only turn on in rotations (once one of the other shields has been deactivated), and with the deflector shields only coming on at 50% that should account for the .5 while the 2 is the regular particle and ray shielding.
