The Art of Good Conversation

Aryn Teth

Aboard the Spear II, Somewhere in Sith Sovereign Space, The Outer Rim Territories
Interacting With: [member="Koda Fett"]
Aryn had busied himself with cleaning the blood from around his lips and nose, his fingers coated with dried crimson as he sat back and watched the armoured figure before him. He could feel as the rage drained from him, it was almost respectable how quickly the Mandalorian brought it under control, how he reeled in the sheer wave of fury to regain complete control over himself and his thoughts. He supposed that was all it really was, control, the anger didn't fade away, no it simply formed a kind of protective shell around the man. Koda Fett was never cured or free of his anger, he used it like a shield and a weapon all the same. Aryn knew now that particular anger came not from his surroundings or any enemy, it came from that name. Evonne.

"You're not the only one in the galaxy who tries to learn about their enemies." He commented in an unhelpful manner, for a moment seeming content to linger in the fact that he had not even remotely answered the question posed to him. But what point was there really to that? There was none of course, he was goading Fett as he always did, but there was simply no need. Not only that, he was just tired of it. "There are files on the Grand Army back on Coruscant, or at least there were. Files on you, and on her."

He shrugged his shoulders idly as he sat back, watching the man closely with an almost sympathetic look. "It was almost comforting to learn you're not just a robot behind there."

SPEAR II
SITH EMPIRE SPACE
Admittedly, it took a lot more than it seemed to not strike out at Teth once more. If not at the initial goading but the final comment. It was as if he wanted it, or, well, Aryn had always been a figure that pressed boundaries even in the most dire of circumstances. Coruscant, rung a bell. But maybe that's where his mind had already ventured. Such restraint arrived in the form of grinding teeth, twitching fingers, and an ever-growing scowl. His anger, for all it was worth, had been a vessel. It'd been something that could provide drive and motivation, but he hardly allowed it to consume himself. Fett rarely lashed out in such a manner, and already he felt that regret.

Alas, he was curious. "How'd you know where to look?" Fett felt obligated to inquire. It wasn't as if it was titled 'Koda Fett', or so he believed. Koda Fett began where ARC-4422 ended.
