GENERAL INFORMATION

COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Availability: Unique
  • Deployment: Minor
  • Strengths & Weaknesses:
First In: The Twenty-sixth is designed to serve as a quick-response and assault company, utilizing light and heavy infantry to break through enemy lines. As a result, they excel on the offence.
  • Last Out: The Twenty-Sixth often operates by making sweeping moves through enemy territory, and can often be left without a steady supply line for some time. This is compounded by their reliance on a fleet for transportation.
  • Natural Leader: Naturally, units of the Twenty-Sixth are often bolstered when fighting alongside their commander, Aryn Teth, both as a result of the Jedi's unique force abilities, and due to his reputation among the men of the Twenty-Sixth.
  • Not always the best defence: As a primarily offence-focused unit, the Twenty-Sixth lacks major defensive equipment, and can not hold territory over long periods of time without reinforcement.

[*]Description:
As Jedi General Aryn Teth's command unit, the Twenty-Sixth assault company exists as part of the Eighteenth Sector Army stationed out of Eriadu. The company was formed in the waning years of the First Order treaty and went through regular and extensive training and survival exercises in the Carrion Plateau on Eriadu. As a result of this, the company progressively developed a strong capability to survive without supplies for an extended period of time, and was repurposed from a standard infantry unit to one more capable of long, deep-strike assault missions through enemy territory.

As part of its restructuring, the Twenty-Sixth was given more intense training, and a wider variety of weapons and equipment to ensure it could conduct a wide variety of operations whilst deep in enemy territory. As Aryn Teth's own command unit, the Company generally is always seen under the direct leadership of the Jedi General, and though it and its army are predominantly assigned to offensive missions, that company does subsequently see operations of many different kinds, depending on the needs and missions of Aryn himself.

The Company itself has become relatively closely-knit, something which is greatly improved by Aryn's own abilities as a natural leader, allowing him to connect with each and every one of his soldiers through the force, even though the vast majority of them are not force sensitive. Subsequently, morale is often high in the unit, and the presence of Aryn among his troops often improves their fighting capability.

the Eighteenth is split into four main Corps, each with their primary roles.
  • A corps is generally between 20–40.000 troops. In SW canon, as per the Wookieepedia article, it's 36,864.
From the NPC Unit template:
This template is NOT for large scale combat units or entire armies.

Please reduce your numbers significantly and adjust the content of the submission appropriately. Once you have done so, we can move on with the judgment.

Verpine Shatter Rifle
VT-Shouldered Disruptor Cannon-13
  • These two are Minor and Limited, respectively. Your Deployment is currently at Mass. You'll have to reduce deployment or remove the two submissions.
  • Additionally, the VT-SDC is Closed-market. I'll need you to provide a proof of purchase, the submitter's permission to use it, or something else to that effect.

Deployment: Major
  • You may choose between Mass, Minor, or Limited.
  • Something company-sized would be more towards Minor than Mass, I believe.
Looks good elsewise. When you decide the route to go and make the relevant edits, tag me again and we'll see where we stand.

Would reducing the deployment to minor in line with company size be sufficient for this?
Similarly, the VT-SDC appears on the GA army manifest, and so I believe there is a supply deal in place. If this is insufficient, I will remove it from the submission.

Reducing the Deployment to Minor would work for the Shatter rifle, but the Disruptor cannon is Limited.

As for the permission, we require direct agreement from the submitter (especially with something as powerful as this). Usually there will be a contract thread or marketplace purchase to link to – asking the FAs of your faction could help.
