APPEARANCE:
Thanith has a largely unremarkable appearance. He is almost always in some version of uniform unless he is doing Physical Training. His hair is longer than most military personnel keep it but short enough to be within regulation. His posture is ridged and he rarely smiles. His uniform is always neatly pressed, every hair is always in it's proper place.
BIOGRAPHY:
Thanith grew up in a largely unremarkable town to largely private parents. They lived comfortably enough best described as upper middle class financially speaking. Even though neither one of his parents served his father instilled in him a strong sense of patriotic duty just as much as the importance of education.
Thanith learned to read at an early age. when he was old enough to start school his mother spent many an hour outside of the classroom helping him get ahead. He studied hard spending very little time socializing or much else.
As soon as he was old enough Thanith applied to the Naval Academy feeling the pull of standing on the bridge of one of those massive ships he heard about in school. He did well excelling in most subjects with ease. That is except Fleet tactics. He did well but was overshadowed by a few of his classmates. Ultimately Thanith graduated 5th in his class at the Academy. Nothing would prepare him for the Cockpit of a fighter. After all as much as he wanted to just jump into the Captain's chair of a massive Capital ship he would have to work his way there through hard work and experience.
