Rationale: Given the need to bring the Thénardier family back into the their original power in the criminal underworld, half of the family had moved on from Naboo to Coruscant while using what wealth they could sustain to buy ships for starting their new company. They knew the need for transporting goods and valuables was something everyone in the galaxy found essential so using it as a front would help in spreading their power and resources as well; able to keep tabs on the important valuables they shipped while managing in a percentage of the profits. And instead of being devoted to only one faction the company is open to any and all for their needs. Either through back-channeling to keep the shipments secret or with high enough security the Thénardier Royal Shipments company promises that all deliveries will be made but fails to mention how they have their hands in their client's pockets as well.
