    • Influential: Though his enemies may perceived him to be nothing more than a puppet held up by the strings of his Sith masters, Teyn is a man of simple origins. A blue-collared worker, a man that plowed fields and tended to livestock, Teyn was raised to know the hardships of a rural lifestyle and used that experience while in the service of the likes of Ra Vizsla to garner many friends and admirers in the days leading up to his rise to power. It is said that direct confrontations due to his ties to the Sith may have been avoided on the grounds of his penchant for befriending his enemies alone.
    • Rip and Tear: Life on the farms of Concord Dawn, and later in life as an armor-wearing soldier, the physical prowess of the Mand'alor is perhaps the single most obvious trait the man possesses. Taller than average, but built as well. Brute strength is, of course, hardly the only factor in Teyn's arsenal, as his training has improved him as a fighter from his days under the United Clans of Mandalore, and the Sith regularly subject him to trials of combat to prove both to his people and to those that put him where he is that he deserves to remain.

    • Unyielding: The greatest bane of any fighter who has built their strength on mass is the inability to move quite as dexterously as their smaller foes. While this difference may appear smaller in practice, it is still most certainly exploitable by his rivals.
    • Stubborn: Where there is hope there is a way - the words of Teyn Gratiir himself to those that spoke against him in private regarding his dealings with the Sith. In battle he is much the same, slow to anger and slow to give in, too. It would take a complete and devastating defeat of the man to make him utter the words of surrender - and few have ever heard him utter such things.
