MandalArms was known for it's high class weaponry and shipbuilding capabilities. Created by Kaine Australis and cultivated through years of hard work and dedication, MandalArms and it's subsidiaries grew into a powerhouse of it's own.

After Kaine's passing, he left MandalArms in the hands of his cousin Loreena and she had been working diligantly to earn the respect of those that work for her, as well as the customers. An arranged marriage to Rex Valhoun not only secured a good customer base, but the opportunity to focus on creating more ambitious weaponry and the like of which had never been seen before.

Of course no weapon can hit the market at all without first being tested. It was one thing to have employees test the weapons, but quite another to have real soldiers do so. Afterall, those that buy the weapons will of not known of every detail like the employees of MandalArms do. So at certain months in the galactic calendar, calls were sent out through various channels to entice hardy individuals to test out new weapons before they even had a chance at going to market yet. It was a risky job to take on with sometimes deadly results. But the pay would certainly make it worthwhile...

Loreena or 'Lori' as many called her; waited inside the conference room for the candidates to come in. This wasn't going to be some chatty interview, for instead of refreshments on the table, there was an assortment of weapons.

Inside a room can be seen Arth standing against a wall in a ready position surrounded by people he knows have extensive training, be it military or not. Though he knows he's not at a place for any conflict, he never relaxes himself as that sort of attitude can get you killed anytime. He continue to survey the room to not only examine the other candidates but get clues about what he should expect inside. Arth have heard of MandalArms but never did much research on it as it wasn't a part of his mission or interest.

The work he's about to be interview was told by a contact in the military, he was given the info after he got back from a bounty hunting contract. He was told not only does this pays well but you get a chance to field test new weapons. The thought of him being able to try a weapon he never seen or used excites Arth, as he rarely given a chance to do something like that. When. When he heard of the work, he made preparations and sent in his application need for administration. A days later here he is waiting in line as he sees other applicants go in and out the room, until its finally his turn. He stood away from the wall he was standing next to, and proceed to walk inside the conference room. He cracks his back and neck before he open the door as he then finally enter after doing so.​

Some of the applicants were promising, while others it seemed had exaggerated their resumés. Yet Lori was determined to go through them all in order to select the best candidates.

Once it was Arthakk 's turn, she had just finished going through his resumé on her datapad, highlighting certain portions of it for her own self as little reminders as to what to focus the interview on.

"Hello there. Arth, is it? Or would you prefer that I call you something else?" Lori kept her datapad in hand, dressed in her own Rebel Ops Armour, she certainly didn't have the look of a businesswoman. "Vod, perhaps?" And there it was, a hint of her Mandalorian roots. She knew him to not only be a soldier but also at times, a bounty hunter as well. She just needed to determine just what kind of code that he lived by.

Once Arth entered the room, he stood at attention infront of Loreena Arenais-Valhoun , body straight and hands at the side as what any soldier would do in front of a commanding officer or higher ups in this case. He didn't spoke once stood in front of her and only spoked once he was addressed by the interviewer directly.

"I have no preferences on what to be called Ma'am" he answered her question before continuing to add "Former First Lieutenant of the Republic Military, Special Operation, Scorpion Squad, callsign Scorpion One, Arth Morr at your service Ma'am" Arth said in a stern voice and manner as he introduce himself and give a quick salute to her. "Weapons and hand to hand combat specialist, I served in the 75th Army Division before being transferred into Special Operation under Colonel Lasky a few years back, did 33 confirmed combat mission before I was honorably discharged not too long ago" He said as he emphasize the word confirmed and honorably a bit, because Arth had done more off the books mission due to the nature of the missions he was given. Arth was only discharged honorably due to his connection with people high up in the military so he avoided being court-martial.

Arth tries to answer every question as best he could and what he is allowed to say, since a lot of his military records are redacted especially his special operation history. He stopped speaking as he finished answering her opening question and giving her a brief introduction of himself, now waiting for the interviewer to continue with the interview.​
