Testing for Force-sensitivity

By now Jessica has strange feelings of regularly being used by Force-users for some reason (although not all the time and not by a whole lot of people at a time) and yet her last IC attempt at finding answers led her to suspect that she was, in fact, a latent Force-sensitive. Having been tested for Force-sensitivity at a young age, she realized that the testing protocol was improperly implemented back then due to only the blood test being administered (said test returned a negative result), she decides to explore that route.

Perhaps a proper test of Force-sensitivity would be in order...

Well, strictly speaking, it's more of something to be debated on the political floor, I guess. My idea anyway, not what you want to do. Just thought it might be interesting if the NR had a policy for testing youngsters so that they could ensure they got the proper training growing up, which would discourage random darksiders from popping up in the NR.

Sorry, I'm mostly just thinking out loud.
