Thinking on the lesson that her Master had given not that long ago. Eira's gaze was fixated on the sky above her, controlling the storm. It was a power that seemed very much designed for Eira to specialise in, it was a power that the apprentice was overly keen on learning. However, she also was struggling with the idea of controlling her feelings, tempering her emotions to become more of a controlled power. Eira always prided her skills on how naturally open she was with the anger, the pain, the aggression. But it seemed that if she was wanting to progress further in her skills, if Eira wished to step out of the shadows of great Sith and become a great Sith. Then there needed to be refinement. Refinement that Eira was struggling to adapt towards. Changing her appearance, refining how she present at Sith events and in general was a tough move but one that was far easier and far more clear on why it was needed. Eira was not just apprentice to a powerful Sith Lord, she was apprentice to royalty.

Being a feral crazed beast of a Sith would not reflect well on Quinn if Eira stubbornly continued to do so.

Eira wasn't wearing any of her armour, the armour that she had carefully crafted but she knew that the armour enhanced her focus, her powers. Reliance on being able to do things in the armour was something Eira knew would be a weakness. If she could not do it in the armour then there was no point trying to do the powers while wearing the armour. It would only further demonstrate that Eira was not worthy of being Quinn's apprentice. Quinn didn't need enhancements from Force imbued armour to do magnificent feats in the Force. Eira needed to demonstrate she could do this without the armour. Inhaling with frustration burning in her mind, Eira was hating herself for not understanding how to do this power consistently, what was she missing?

Reaching up in the air, Eira closed her eyes and feeling the breeze flowing through her fingers. The Force swirling and shifting through everything around her. Her mind gripped the energies, forcing that energy to bend to her will, concentrating the Force in her outreached hand. Eira felt her body tense and the hatred for Dantooine, her family, her sister, herself building. It was the deep well that Eira assumed was the core of her ability to harness the Force. As her hatred deepened and intensified, instead of sending the Force into the sky and harnessing the clouds to create a storm. What happened instead of doing that, was lightning burst from her fingertips, intense deep purple lightning blasts launched into the sky. Cracking and thundering as Eira failed to do what she had been intending once again.

Eira cursed loudly, clenching her fist in frustration deeply. Panting hard and looked down at the ground, "where am I going wrong?"
