[SIZE=11pt]DESCRIPTION[/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]Temperance and Serenity were Argis’s first lightsabers and more than possessions they are an expression of himself and what the Jedi believes in. The lightsabers are well over a century old and despite that show little signs of wear and tear proving just how much Argis tends to it, even taking time to meditate upon the saber during times of rest or when he needs to remind himself of his duty to the light. [SIZE=11pt]Long ago when Argis first began creating his lightsaber he incorporated crystals into them that had been lost to history, these crystals being the Artusian crystals. Long ago they had been taken by a Dark Jedi and used to grant those without the force abilities to use it. More importantly, each crystal contained power from the Valley of the Jedi. These crystals to Argis symbolized just how far a Jedi must be willing to go in an attempt to stop the Dark. In times of need or duress, Argis will pull upon the crystals latent power to rejuvenate his own force energies or empower his abilities. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]The second crystal Argis chose that held significant meaning to him was the Corusca gem, a gem that was known for having a specific shatterpoint that a simple strike could lead to the destruction of it. This reminds Argis of the capabilities of the power he wields and those who came before that had been gifted with the ability to see shatterpoints. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]The third crystal while not holding much meaning to Argis did serve its purpose in many ways, one of which adds an ionic effect to the blade alongside its cutting power where when it comes into contact with energy shields, or other forms of electronic equipment it can shut them down and continue through with very little issue. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]Sporting a dual phase function the sabers are fully capable of shifting between a variety of lengths that can be used to off-balance Argis’ foe but at their maximum width become slightly unwieldy. With none of the buttons visible on the surface of the hilt Argis activates the functions of the lightsaber through the force. At the base of the hilt of each saber there is a locking mechanism that allows the two to join together to create a double-bladed lightsaber yet this vastly limits the ability of the dual-phase mechanism due meaning that the sabers can’t reach their maximum length through the dual-phase function while linked.
