The Mentor
OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
Scientists aren't sure where these compact beasts came from. Whether they were a mix breed of other known dragon-like monsters, or something else entirely, what is known is that these beasts were first spotted on planets across the Outer Rim, and it is rare to find them elsewhere unless imported or domesticated, and brought elsewhere.
- Intent: To create a beast that resembles the classic medieval dragons but in a size more fit and believable for personal domestication. Intending to tame a member of the species with a character as well.

- Name: Temep Dragon

- Average Lifespan: 100 - 200 Years
- Estimated Population: Scattered
- Description: The 13 foot Temep Dragons, which are approximately 13 feet tall, resemble large lizards that walk on four legs. Their appearances and colors can differ, but the traits that tend to remain are their hide, sharp claws and teeth, their four legs and their wings.
- Breathes: Type 1
- Average height of adults: 13 Meters
- Average length of adults: N/A
- Skin color: Various, most colours
- Hair color: N/A
- Distinctions: The Temep Dragons tend to vary in appearance between one another, though generally keep a similar body structure and size.
- Races: N/A
- Strengths: Physically strong, hide tough enough to withstand small arms fire. Capable of breathing incredibly hot flames. Claws and teeth are tough, capable of puncturing personal armor. Wings are capable of sharp, quick turns and maneuvers. Reduced size allows for better mobility.
- Weaknesses: Being thinner and less armored than the hide, it's wings are it's weakest point. Underbelly is also weak to attack. Damaged or lost wings cause loss of mobility. Internal sacs that allow for fire breath are themselves flammable. Reduced size makes it less physically durable than larger dragons.
- Diet: Meats
- Communication: Growls and grunts
- Technology level: N/A (Beast)
- Religion/Beliefs: N/A (Beast)
- General behavior: The Temep Dragons are carnivores, generally hunting alone in areas where game is plentiful. They do not form packs, although they appear to be intelligent enough to be capable of forming bonds with other beings. They are fearless in the face of smaller or similar sized prey, but seem to know to flee when faced with a beast much larger than them.
