Ta'ek reached up from his back to grab the Sith's hand. As he did, he kicked his foot out, flipping the Sith over him, rolling over on top, grabbing and igniting the Sith's own lightsaber near his throat. He held his gaze silently, neither feeling nor sensing fear or anger in their opponent, only mutual respect. Then Ta'ek turned the saber off, and let him up, not that he needed permission.
Ta'ek tossed him his lightsaber back in a dismissive manner, as if to demonstrate his indifference to the exchange.
"Brother." The words echoed in his mind.
In truth, the Sith was the most skilled duelist he had ever faced. His being hummed with the thrill of battle...
