Description: Kerrigan’s Flame, is what the squad has named themselves. The ten-woman squad fields flamethrowers and MKII Boltguns. Sgt. Kala Matthieu’s wields a Bolt Pistol in addition to that - signifying her rank and achievement. Officially the squad is part of Firemane Industries & Technology’s Paramilitary Organization, they’re trained through a rigorous three month basic training program before being moved into Advanced Training. This heavy unit is called out to assist lighter infantry, support tanks and other units that may need a heavy ordinance squad to clear out caves, bunkers, tunnels, streets, buildings, etc.
While the squad of women are more effective with flamethrowers, if needed, they can handle machine guns and grenade launchers as well. The squad elected to call themselves Kerrigan’s Flame due to the many tales of Siobhan Kerrigan’s bravery - inspired by her. The name was voted in, their squad patch features the fiery haried woman holding her own flamethrower.
