DESCRIPTION
As long as the Talravani have had a crown to be loyal to, the Talravani Royal Corporation has been there for its needs. For twenty three thousand years, this corporation has served the royal family of Talravin. It has a fairly simple structure. The company is directly headed by the Queen of Talravin, with a board of directors below her that have little power in the company. The royal family oversees almost all aspects of operation, and shares of the company are given to royal family members as rewards for loyal service, with the queen owning the most, of course.

However, the actions and philosophies of the company change with each monarch. With Talravin having the environment it does, this leads to a very volatile and ever-changing corporate environment. With every regime change, usually the entire structure of the company changes, as well. Under the current family, the Arwyns, TRC has adopted their values of careful and expanding neutrality. Instead of picking no sides whatsoever, TRC sells to anyone who wishes to buy, regardless of allegiance.

RATIONALE
Queen Theodora Arwyn took control of the company when she usurped the throne from the last Queen of Talravin. This was done through careful political maneuvering and backstabbing. In her rise to power, the executives of TRC were high on her list of people to cajole with promises in exchange for support. Most of the former commoners are now minor noble houses with lands and titles, completely loyal to their Queen for elevating them. She has maintained an iron grip on the company and its operations ever since.
