  Taika Yukan had little choice in becoming a Stormtrooper. Her father, Kody Yukan, was a proud soldier of the Sith Imperial legions, and a Stormtrooper during the ensuing civil war which tore the empire apart. He held her to high standards, hoping that one day his little girl would grow to be more far more than a lowly farmer or- Force forbid- a Ysanna tribal like her mother.
  
  She was pushed into the Imperial academy from an early age and lived to see the New Order's fall before graduating, only to continue her studies under the Empire of the Lost. Unlike her father however, she took a great interest in the medical field, and with the old empire's fall, saw this as an opportunity to pursue her passions. She transferred to a Stormsurgeon cadet program and graduated top of her class by 900 ABY.
  
  The newly inducted TK-115 got her first taste of combat in the trenches during the battle of Rhen Var, after which she was transferred upon request to Mobile Surgical Unit to continue her work in a safer environment. She spent the rest of the Empire's brief history tending to the wounded from an operating tent until the EOTL's later decline.
  
  So certain that she could make the world a better place while wearing the armor, TK-115 continued her duties within various Imperial remnants, constantly being moved from one unit to another as superior officers were killed in battle and subsequently replaced by power hungry warlords, she lived on the move at all times until finally serving under a commander who swore allegiance to Moff Abretta.
  
  For the next few years, she was made to follow the Moff under threat of execution for desertion or dereliction of duty.
  
  Now the young Stormmedic has seen things in the line of duty that make her question everything.
