The T2 Tac Pod is a slightly elongated version of the T1 Tac Pod, with a capacity for twelve troops rather than just six. It is mass produced for corporate security forces to allow them to move troops to hotspots where criminal activity must be suppressed. It is also purchased by some planetary defense forces and even small nation states who find it to be an economical and well-rounded platform capable of space combat as well as troop transport and ground support. The pod is designed to integrate well into Gozanti carrier docking pads and the specialized docking points of Corporate Troop Carrier ships.
