Description:
A knife that was made during the time before the Gulag plague, it was mostly used by mechanics and engineers for the use of cutting wires, rope, bands, cords, and the like. However it served a secondary purpose to be a small melee weapon for the Space engineers should pirates come to steal materials.
The Spring loaded blade, made of a Durasteel Muline aloy to allow a very durable blade, as well as for the edge to stay sharp without having to sharpen the blade after use. The internal components are made of durasteel to be very durable and to not break over a long span of time. With the grip made out of carbon fiber, with a rubber grip to allow better handling, The weak spot on the blade is at the hole where the blade would eject. If the blade was out and smashed down with enough force the blade can break off and will need to be replaced. However this is a good use in battle to allow the blade to be broken after implaed into a foe, to cause more damage and to get rid of the chance of removing the blade with a simple tug.
A feature on the knife is the Durasteel, Tungsten tipped Striker on the pommel of the knife. This is used on glass or weak metals to break them with enough force. it can also be used as a secondary weapon in which can be used to cause more damage than that of a simple fist or the carbon fiber grip.
