- Rat, the Good Side: Sylvia is sneaky, resourceful and quick on her feet. She knows how to get out of dodge and when to do so. Every locked door is a challenge and terminals were made to be sliced.
- Blade Dancer: Though far from having reached mastery, Sylvia knows her way around a lightsaber. Her main focus lies with Ataru, utilizing her smaller stature to outspeed her opponents.
- Woman & Machine: Sylvia has a natural affinity towards Mechu Deru. She has a strong intuitive understanding of any kind of technology and has the ability to turn machines such as droids into extensions of her will.
- Prodigy, Just Not Always: When curiosity meets passion, Sylvia is nothing short of a prodigy. However, she will struggle with and quickly abandon learning skills she has little interest in.

- Rat, the Bad Side: Sylvia is frail. She is easily physically overpowered and stands no chance in any kind of hand-to-hand fight unless the Force is involved. If the Force is taken away from her, though, she's essentially cornered and defenseless.
- Bad Student: Sylvia will always prefer learning things by herself, even when she has no idea what she's getting herself into. She is outright horrendous at taking any kind of criticism, even when it's meant well.
- Perfectionist: No Force sensitive born in the Sith Empire is treated with patience and care, yet somehow Sylvia was even worse off than her peers. Mistakes were disproportionately punished and achievements were overlooked. As she got older, she started treating herself that way, regularly tearing herself down over very small mistakes. She is learning to be more patient with herself, but still has a long way to go.
- Self Esteem, It's an Issue: As a result of her tendency to be overly critical of herself, Sylvia struggles with her self esteem and her place in the galaxy. She always feels like she needs to fight tooth and nail for every little thing just to keep up with those around her. This, too, is a struggle Sylvia is trying to overcome.
