Sylva Adbibo does business as 'Green Palm'; branding itself as an all-natural, 100% organic food & beverage company, Green Palm works on crafting recipes for both foods and beverages, which are then outsourced to production companies for sale to the general public. While Green Palm maintains intellectual ownership over its recipes and products, the products are intended available to just about anyone, just about anywhere, for a competitive price.
The name 'Green Palm' is the name Sylva Vitae (through Sylva Adbibo) does business under; it's a more marketable name, with specific branding for placement and brand recognition. RATIONALE
Sylva Vitae has many different facets, of which 'Green Palm' is one. Having different subsidiaries for different tasks and purposes is intended to provide information at a glance, and in this case to provide a more customer-friendly branding. This will allow Sylva Vitae to begin to branch out into more customer-focused products, rather than just bespoke creations.
