Any minute Tef will show up and tell people that new rules aren't going to be implemented, because the rules proposed already /are/ implemented. Any minute now.

I know that because these 'discussions' tend to go on until that happens.

Who are you kidding? We all know that these 'discussions' continue long after the final ruling has been given. Remember that time Jon said that new company contract rules would be discussed and implemented, but the discussion/debate continued for HOURS? Good times.

True, but this is slightly different. With that, the staff said things would change, so people went on talking about what htey'd change. Plus that thread got off-topic about half a million times. More of that thread was about random things then the actual subject.

In this thread, the staff have already given a verdict, more or less. Everything you're saying has already been implemented. There is a report system. The rules you are talking about are pretty obvious, some people don't follow them wether it's obvious or not. Those people are why there's a report system. Use it, if it can't be solved by simple talking things out.
