Sugar, spice and everything nice...

Scourge

In Hell i'll be in good company
Commenor…

Local pub...

Scourge eyed the bar with seemingly little interest. While he seemed not to be paying attention he was actually fully aware of his surroundings. Everything and everyone, he gave a careful eye beneath his T shaped visor. His HUD scanning the crowd for bounties all the while he seemed to be nonchalantly sipping his drink from his helmets straw. He was really here to recruit for a band of mercenaries he had signed on with, but making a little extra dough on the side never hurt anyone. It seemed as though none of the locals were the type to join anyways.

Scourge spotted a bounty that had just entered the bar. A gangly looking Trandoshan. The thing was skinny from spice use and seemed to be on the verge of breaking down into a nervous reck. Scourge cursed. He couldn't just blast the bastard, to many civilians around to risk the casualties. Scourge casually got out of his seat and eyed the T’doshok, the creature hadn't spotted the bounty hunter yet. Scourge raised his wrist and fired. An electro net spewed forth, racing towards the Trandoshan, then faster than Scourge would've thought possible, the Trandoshan whipped around and withdrew it's blade. Cleaving the net in twain.

It extended a hand and Scourge was immediately pummeled by an invisible wave of wind. He’s a fething force user! Scourge thought frantically as he went sprawling across the bar. They better give me double for this spice addled fool… Scourge thought as he slowly picked himself off the ground.

Hunting the Jedi wasn't his thing, but he also needed the money. Azazel was trapped between a rock and a hard place today as he could not figure whether this was morally right, or to throw ethics out the window. His medium armor clanked as he walked down the streets of Commenor, the supposed hiding place of said Jedi. Well, Azazel wasn't sure if it was a Jedi, could have been any of those force using sects out there, Sith, Witch, the Great Gong of Everything Connected by this Invisible Thread. They were fancy like that.

Still, it was in the end that Azazel decided it was needed, the money, and whatever happened to this person afterwards was not his problem. So with weapons hiding, he set off, asking the locals about this target.

"Seen a lizard man? He looks like he has problems with his weight and self esteem issues, super skinny, kinda dodgy? Maybe caring a sword, or some kinda long pokey thing? No? Ya lying." Azazel said as he finally found a suspect who seemed to know something. The Commenori was looking all shifty eyed, a tell that he was lying, or nervous...maybe he had an upset stomach and Azazel was in the way to relief of his digestive system.

"Tell me, and you can go clean yourself up man. Or I can beat it out of you and you can lay here in ya own filth."

Scourge didn't even have time to dust off his gold beskar as the rogue padawan booked it. Scourge followed the creature outside and activated his Z-6 jetpack, rocketing himself towards the Lizard. He tackled the 7 foot tall beast to the ground and attempted to withdraw his verpine shatter pistol before the Trandoshan could escape, but the beast was strong and fast.

It's telepathic powers boosted by the spice, it deftly spun round and blasted Scourge point blank with a powerful force push. Scourge went flying into the air and reactivated his jetpack. He pulled his pistol from its holster and took a few pot shots at the lizard man, but the creature had headed into an alley and disappeared from Scourge’s sight.

“Little schutta,” Scourge cursed and landed promptly afterwards. He ran towards the alley pistol still drawn and gave chase. The Trandoshan knocked over a pile of debris and Scourge vaulted over the garbage. He fired his pistol, but the aim was shaky and off by a mile.

The Trandoshan began using its telepathic power to hurl more debris at the pursuing Vong Mandalorian. Scourge was only slightly slowed down by this new assault. His beskar’gam held up easily against the small piles of trash and stone being thrown at him. His vision obstructed he was unable to see when the Trandoshan made a sudden turn and entered a spice den.

“Chit,” Scourge cursed again, but was pleased when he found a small trail of blood. Apparently his aim wasn't that far off after all… He followed the trail into the spice den, gun still drawn.
