In order to appeal to a bored audience and start a small avenue of profit for the company, Sudoka Industries scientists started making a game that would appeal to a broad range of people. It evolved from the idea of a grid and numbers into a logic puzzle where you had to fill blocks of a grid with numbers one through nine, and numbers within a block and row could not repeat. Fascinated by their creation, they decided to start a minor production of this puzzle as books with fifty puzzles per book, including an erasable pen to solve the puzzle with, in case customers lack their own.
