Name: Suburk.

Region: Outer Rim.

Suns: A large blue-like star, known as Rorlora.

Orbital position: Quite a distance away from this star.

Moons: A large rocky and grey natural satellite.

System features: Nothing very unique. However, there are quite a few asteroid fields.

Coordinates: I need assistance for this one. The galaxy map link ain't working properly.

Rotational period: 23 hours.

Orbital period: 27.32 days.

Class: Terrestrial.

Atmosphere: Type 1.

Gravity: Standard.

Primary terrain: Grasslands.

Native species: Akk-dogs and other rodents, like rats and what-not.

Immigrated species: Humans and basically any other sentient species.

Primary languages: Mostly basic but in the deeper parts of Suburk some have developed their own language known as Suburkese.

Government: Dictatorship(However, the owner of the planet(who I shall create as one of my characters prefers to...well, attempts to keep it under control and not violent)

Population: 1.3 million.

Demonym: Suburkians.

Major imports: Weapons for the military.

Major exports: Crops, due to most civilians owning farms or gardens on the planet.

Affiliation: The ruler of the planet attempts to keep to himself, including the planet. The planet possesses no allies, nor enemies.

Major locations:

Wire City: A large city(compared to the planet's standards) that is complete with many buildings and businesses. A large statue of the planet's ruler made out of complete Durosteel is located downtown, which is surrounded by many fountains. Also located near the large statue is the W.C.P.L.E. station.(The Wire City Punishment and Law Enforcement) Which is complete with a small armory to arm around 201-210 men. Security cameras line the halls of the station and is quite secure. Wire City is definitely the most popular location in Suburk and citizens are constantly seen roaming the streets.

The Batclaw Mansion: Home of the planet's ruler, who is Curtis Vitothor. It is surrounded with eight foot fences with two layers of barbed-wire thrown over the top. Several bat statues are bolted to the top of the mansion and each window on the property is reinforced. Men and women wearing body armor and wielding E-11 blaster rifles stroll around the area, searching for possible threats. Their is only one entrance to the mansion, which is two twin reinforced durosteel doors at the front, which can only be reached by climbing the metallic steps to the doors. Once a person enters, they would instantly see a carpeted floor with a large chandelier in the middle of the first room. Statues and paintings line the walls as the visitor would head through. The ruler's office, which is reinforced twice as much as the front door and holds several locks on the door. A large desk would be in the middle of the room and several filing cabinets, along with a small fan on the ceiling. It is strictly prohibited for a civilian to enter the property and risks the possibly of being shot on sight.

Wire City's Hall of History: This small yet expensive building located in the high-class area of Wire City is a tourist attraction. The building itself is generally bland but possesses hallway after hallway full of books containing history. The books are kept secure and undamaged by a see-through reinforced window. The books themselves are generally worthless as they are modern books rewriting history. However, the owner of the Hall of History wishes to create the illusion of the books being antique. Other than the books, there is a small gift shop that deals in the sale of cheap nick-knacks.

Culture: The planet itself is obsessed with credits and most civilians are generally greedy. Most civilians however have no specific religion and are mostly made up of off-worlders. Starcrafts also play a important role in their society. Most civilians rely on merchant ships in order to trade their crops or whatever other items they wish to sell. Propaganda also plays a major part, which is broadcasted on every news station and is even hidden in entertainment holoshows/holomovies. Although the planet is run by dictatorship, civilians have a few rights. These rights are, the right to bear arms, free speech, freedom to marry and raise a family, freedom of religion and finally, freedom of petition. However, instead of the petition going to the government, it instead goes to the ruler of the planet, Curtis Vitothor.

Technology: The planet's technology relies on relatively 'Old Fashioned' technology. Yes, they still possess blasters and other space traveling equipment but they prefer to use antique farming tools for their crops. Most civilians prefer to use actual blades, rather than Vibro-Weapons or eletrostaffs. Most civilians possess slugthrowers but a very small percent of the population still come equipped with blasters. Medical practices are also out of date and modern medicine or drugs are frowned upon. Droids as servants or assistants are rarely used and instead are grinded up for scrap. Herbs are picked personally by smokers instead of being bought and mining is used with tools such as pick-axes instead of modern tools. So, the technology level is relatively low but stills exists.

History: At the time of 427 ABY a group of Correlian explorers and spacers, wishing to avoid the Gulag Virus headed into the galaxy, searching for a new inhabitable planets. What they discovered was Saburk. The used the title Saburk after the expedition's leader, Doctor Morgan Saburk. Using their available resources, the built a small village and lived off the land for many years before most of them were either killed off by the local wildlife or old age. However, Morgan Saburk managed to get the word out about the planet, allowing many others to inhabit the planet. This new population came very well prepared, bringing along powerful slugthrowers, farming equipment, and food. They managed to survive for a rather surprisingly long period, all while attempting to build Wire City. By 428 ABY, they had managed to build the city, using their number of people to their advantage. The kept standard jobs and traded fairly. They lived like this for almost a century, until Curtis Vitothor received word of the planet. Possessing a hunger for credits, Curtis spent most of his family's earnings on hiring mercenaries, pirates, and whatever scum he could hire. He landed on the planet, discovering Wire City. The current residents unwilling to give up their beloved home, put up a good fight which took the lives of hundreds of Curtis's men(He brought a lot of karking guys over.) After almost a full year, the Suburk rebellion falls, unable to continue fighting with constant enemy reinforcements coming in. The surrendering rebels were all forced to the center of Wire City and equally executed in public via slugthrowers. Curtis Vitothor spent most of his newly earned credits on materials, eventually creating the large statute of himself and The Batclaw Mansion. More civilians hearing of the new take-over headed over to the planet and became residents due to the planet's new wealth. More homes and apartments were built in Wire City, allowing more and more to enter which allowed Saburk to become a well-populated planet. Despite the new owner's violent takeover and taking the planet over by force, Curtis avoided killing or other violent measures whenever possible.

Notable PCs: None yet.

Intent: To create my own custom planet.

Alright...Lets see...

-In government "Dictatorship" will be fine. No need to explain any more.

-Coordinates : The Galaxy map is working fine for me. Please make your location descriptive, i.e. : One hex to the right of Coruscant

- I'd really like to see more about the History of the planet. Your timeline is off as well. You mention 428 ABY then one century later, which would be 528 ABY. Your ruler is Curtis but from what I can read and understand he is still in power. The current timeline is 825 ABY. A little under 300 years is a long time to be running a planet unless they have his corpse with a tape recorder stuck in it. Please expand this out and add more to it.
