RATIONALE
After a life of working as a shadow merc in the Corporate Sector Authority and more recently as a Sith doing her own thing, Kivah was getting fairly tired of living out of a cramped shuttle and spending her credits almost as fast as they came in. She needed a source of passive income, something that wasn't selling her time and skills for credits. Managing to save after a few major jobs, Kivah bought out Sublight Smoothies as it was a product she enjoyed and was familiar enough with given her own experience with workout nutrition. While the owner, the day-to-day is run by managers, and she doesn't intervene unless there's a need or to protect her interests. As the franchises are mostly decentralized, Kivah moved the minimal headquarters back to her home, allowing her fellow Denik-Cathar to partake in some of the prosperity by bringing credits into the City-Tree.
