Subjugation of the Ancients

Taking in a deep breath Kruel stared out the viewport of Infineon into the swirling, psychedelic patterns of hyperspace. Some had been said to go mad from looking into it yet Kruel found it calming, it gave the Sith some semblance of comfort and aided in his meditations. His large figure stood in the center of the bridge towering over numerous other individuals who sat stooped over their consoles, fingers working away as they readied to exit hyperspace. Arms tucked behind his back and grasping each other Kruel examined his children, not in the convenient way these were not his children by birth but through adoption. Millennia ago after the fall of Exar Kun and the traitor Ulic, Kruel had taken what remained of the fallen jedi and Sith forces retreating to the unknown regions where they had laid in hiding. Kruel had watched and aided in the growth of a society and while those who originally had been saved passed on to another life he had remained and become something akin to a deity to their descendants.

“Exiting hyperspace now my Lord.” A blue-skinned Duros said from the navigation console not daring to raise his eyes to the terrifying figure. The ship was filled with numerous foot soldiers all that had been trained since birth to serve as the might of the Sith. Their excitement and lust for battle could be felt from across the great distance of the ship. Along with them were acolytes trained in the arts of the darkside. There were few knights or masters among the ranks but that would not be a problem for this mission. Especially when their allies arrived to aid in this endeavor.

With a slight jerk that caused some to shoot forward in their seats the ship exited hyperspace as the blue film vanished, star-lines formed into solid figures and laid out before Kruel was Arkania. “After centuries I return.” Taking in the blue orb before him Darth Ambroscus smirked. It was ironic that the world he had started out as a jedi on would be the first he returned to as a Sith. Casting a fleeting glance to his navigator Kruel issued a command. “Continue on approach vector.” With that said he didn’t even look at the communications officer. “Send a message to Cyril that the attack will soon commence and prepare to scramble the fighters.”

Arkania’s defenses didn’t seem formidable from initial observations but appearances could always be deceiving, there were no blockades nor space stations to defend them. Those that had once been possibly fell into disrepair or had been abandoned after the collapse of the One Sith? It did not matter the planet would fall one way or another. “Sir incoming message from Arkania, they wish to know why we come to their planet.”

“Tell them we need repairs, we were carrying goods to the Silver Sactum when we were attacked by the Sith. We barely escaped with our lives and are looking for a planet willing to aid in the repairs of our ship.” It was a lie on their parts as the Infineon had survived centuries and measures had been taken to ensure the ship was still in working condition. The hull on the other hand showed its age so the lie about repairs would seem like a legitimate excuse, and due to the age and type of ship no living Arkanians would know about its origins from far back during the Mandalorian Wars.

Ilium was no stranger to attack.

This ship was no different than one he'd been on years before. Old, dirty and dusty, lacking proper facilities (I don't mean bathrooms). He'd been attached to a corner of the ship for some time, and it was time to move (fight). Ilium was Force Sensitive and was able to call out to [member="Kruel Zing"] using it.

"Aye you, come over here I need your help. I've got some skills that I can give you in return."

Meanwhile On Arkania

"Where are the mines?! You pathetic slave. Speak!" The Rakata screamed, his upper lip peeling up revealing sharp teeth with bits of flesh stuck between. His breath reeked of decay and was most foul. The Arkanian turned his head away from the alien gasping for air and attempting to get free from the Rakatas grasp on his collar. " I dont know! Please leave me be!" he cried fearing for his life.

Squinting the Rakata gazed at the humanoid in his grasp and lifted him into the air. Jerking him near N'Goo lashed out biting the mans shoulder and ripping a chunk of muscle from the very spot. Tossing the Arkanian to the side N'Goos jaws began to work up and down. Chewing. Screams erupted outside the store and the thick scent of iron filled the air. Within minutes the man was dead due to loss of blood and some how this was not enough for N'Goo.

"Slave." he muttered reaching down toward the dead body and touched the chest. What life that still resided in the corpse began to drain ageing the mans corpse into a pale grey waste shaped into humanoid form. The pure energy of life crept up the aliens arm and tendriled its way through the air into his mouth and eyes. Widening his eyes with ecstasy N'Goo swallowed his afternoon snack and took in a deep breath.

The Mines had to be nearby and he knew it. But for now he was enjoying himself plus their was still more to eat. Nothing was to be wasted.

Blade Runner watched as the Arkanian people ran for whatever shelter they thought would protect their miserable hides. Fools. They would be cut down by the edge of his sword. He had attacked the town with a righteous fury that knew no bounds. The small village attempted to resist. They managed a small militia of twenty men, most armed with old swords. Three actually owned blasters. Like sheep to the slaughter, they charged him with their vibroblades. He parried their attacks with ease and countered with his own beautiful combo of riposte. He flowed through the feeble warriors like water. The end result was an ocean of death, with Blade Runner acting as the tide. The streets ran thick with blood as the silent man moved through house after house slaughtering the inhabitants. It was his right as a lord to kill these faceless peasants. So as he continued the massacre of women, children, and the lame not a sliver of remorse entered his heart. Those few lucky enough to be considered fit for other duties he slapped with a collar and the title of slave.

Mephirium was above such paltry slaughter, but that did not mean his underlings were as well.

Other lords of the Sith had begun to carve out their various domains through the stars since the fall of the Dark Lord, but most lacked Mephirium's sense of vision. He acknowledged that thought as arrogance, and allowed himself to indulge for the moment. Already his myriad allies, underlings, and apprentices were descending upon the Arkanian world. If all went well, the small force loyal to Mephirium's cause would be in and out of the world before anyone could react in a timely fashion.

The ancient had gone ahead, and Mephirium had followed. He stood in the back of the vessel that [member="Kruel Zing"] had procured. This was not the sort of place one needed to try and make a grand appearance at, and Mephirium preferred the anonymity.

He strode forward across the deck until he found himself standing as the Dashade's side. His expression was hidden by the shadows of his deep cowl, but one could most certainly hear the pleased smile in his voice.

"The one that calls itself a Rakata has gone ahead. For something that claims to be so old, he is impatient," Mephirium mused as they came in on an approach vector to the world. "We've only a need for a few good men and the ore below. I trust your people will not linger longer than we need to?"

He paused, glancing up from the rotating world below to meet the Dashade's eyes. He searched them, his lips pressing into a thin smile. "This world has some significance to you, Lord Ambroscus. What is it?"

Grace let out a low sigh as she watched the news reports of attacks across the planet. Simple-minded brutes. This could be so much easier and save us a lot of time if you would calm down.

"Miss Darkson, are you alright?" The Arkanian's voice broke her train of thought. Following her gaze, he frowned. "Ah. I see." The normally calm demeanor the businessman showed was broken, replaced by fear. "Miss, I hate to..."

"Go. I can take care of myself." The man nodded, running outside and sounded the silent alarm. The guards, one by one, made their way to the shuttles. The Arkanian population was fleeing planet, trying to get away from the slaughter that would come. The Offshoots, on the other hand, didn't seem to notice the lack of guards until they heard the shuttles taking off. As they rushed out, Grace watched from a guard tower as they approached the gates, still very much closed. A smile crossed her face. This should be fun

The Arkanians were a relatively peaceful people, always generous and often genius’ when it came to technology. Probably one of the few planets in the galaxy that would still reach out a helping hand in such trying times… IT would be their downfall, the Sith would deliver upon them such a lesson that they would never forget. Their descendants would have nightmares of the Sith returning once more and of the mighty Titan, Darth Ambroscus coming once again to claim the planet. Chuckling Kruel watched as three Arkanian fighters flew up and took formation around the vessel guiding them down to the planet. Preparing to give the command to scramble all fighters Kruel felt a small presence in the force, he never would’ve noticed it if the individual hadn’t tried to communicate with him. With a near complete immunity to the force Kruel wouldn’t have been able to hear the living crystal but through his abilities of consume essence he understood its intentions.

Strolling across the room to a wall covered in shadow Kruel kneeled finding the creature. “Aw what do you have to say to me little one?” The Dashade asked the Shard. He had seen plenty of them during his time as both a jedi and Sith. He had even admired the shards, effectively immortal unless something or someone destroyed it or the essence within. Kruel had even attempted a few experiments of creating his own shards. “How long have you been here?” Considering Kruel hadn’t left Rakata Prime for millennia it was a shock a shard had been hiding there for so long. With the crystal speaking to his mind Kruel was able to take his position once again before Cyril arrived.

“Can you blame him? Every fiber of my being wishes to be on the planet as we speak. Claiming what is rightfully mine… Yet one must always temper ambition with patience. A lack of such was the downfall of many Sith, even the ones I admired and respected.” With a solemn nod Kruel laughed. “May they all burn in Hell. But you need not worry about what my people do on this planet. A sect shall remain and take the Jedi Praxeum as their home. An outpost if you would.” Looking down at Mepherium, Darth Ambroscus opened his mouth into a toothy grin that showed off the numerous rows of teeth. “Arkania will remain ours and I will aid in their path to redemption and righteousness.” This answered all Mepherium needed to know about whether Kruel would be the type to take slaves and leave. The answer was a resounding negative.

The chaos down on the planet caused by Ngo and another Sith agent could be felt by Kruel even from the upper atmosphere. It fed him, it rejuvenated his old bones. “Can you feel it Cyril, the chaos down below. The fear, the anger, the sorrow. It is all so sweet. Breathe it in brother. This was where I learned the lies of the jedi and here is where we will begin the great cleansing.” Soon even more chaos would be added to the mix. “Scramble all fighters.” In an instant, the rear doors of the Infineon opened and two dozen TIE fighters from an era long forgotten flew free raining hell upon the escort for the Infineon as well as bombarding the planet with fire.

With a shake signaling the vessel having landed in the spaceport Kruel stood completely still. “ATTACK!” Kruel shouted as the cargo bays opened and numerous troopers, and Sith acolytes poured out into the spaceport. Arkanians that had been trying to escape the planet due to Ngo’s attack soon found themselves cut down by the Sith. They were now trapped; this is where they would remain. “Time to join the fight.” Lifting a heavy hand Kruel slapped his palm against a button built into the captain’s chair. In the center of the bridge a large hole opened for the Sith Lords to descend through.

“Best make yourself useful crystal.” Kruel said tucking it into his belt.

Blade sat atop a large rock overlooking the village he had just taken single handedly. A line of chained slaves stood behind him and bits of ash blew through the air. The fire spread over the hutts quickly and black smoke belched from the small town. Blade took a bite of an apple he had found. If the villagers had not attacked him not so many would have had to die. They failed to recognize their new lord and thus had forfeited their right to live. For once one becomes a slave do they truely even exsist? Blade took another bite of his apple and contemplated this question. He hoped the black smoke would bring a greater foe, but it seemed the only army that was to come would be his own. He let out a sigh. His master was a noble man, but their was no honor in slaying these weaklings. He lusted for a true challenge. Something to prove his worth in his new lords eyes. He tossed his apple and barked at the slaves.

"JOLA! COME! NOW!"

A small woman barely twenty shuffled forward.

"Yes, my lord?" She said timidly.

Such fear in the face of death. Disgusting.

"How close is your military?" Blade asked, but managed to make it sound like a sneer.

"The nearest base.. Is possibly..." She stuttered then her words began to falter.

"Speak up wretch!" Blade shouted at the woman and tears began to mar her perfect face.

"Isn't it obvious she doesn't now?!?" A man shouted among the crowd of slaves.

"Who said that?" Blade asked quietly, but his words seemed to carry as if he sat in the center of a amphitheater. The crowd parted shamelessly and before Blade sat a man with his head held high.

Blade withdrew his sword and stalked over to the fellow. He studied him for a moment. A sturdy looking man, but despite his muscle he had the look of a scholar about him. A ring adorned his finger. He must be Jola's beloved. Blade hacked him to pieces. When the deed was done he laughed hapily and wiped his sword on his cloak. These people would soon learn their place.

"Make sure the signal fire is large enough! Bring more timber!" Blade shouted to the rest of the whimpering dogs and they raced to do his bidding.

In all truths, Mephirium could not cared less for the chaos going on below. Arkania was inconsequential in his plan, but one needed to feed the war-hounds before they decided to turn on him. This was as much an assurance of Kruel's loyalty as it was a retrieval of servants. Mephirium understood the perceived necessity of establishing a power-base for oneself -- they lived in an age of feudal lords. None of their peers would hold any respect for Kruel if they thought him to be a lesser creature, and so Mephirium had opted to assist in his own small way.

The 501st remained nestled in the bosom of former imperial space, far from the conflict that would likely rage across Arkania for many weeks. Putting the loyal legion to work here would be a gross misapplication of resources, and so they would remain where Mephirium had left them in the deep core. In time, they would be tested just as Ambroscus and N'goo were being tested now.

"You've a sharp mind," Mephirium remarked, glancing down at the shard Ambroscus had 'liberated' disinterestedly. "Open arrogance is a tool, just as ambition is. Ill use these tools, and you will meet with the old Dark Lord's fate. His overconfidence was his downfall." With a thin smile, Mephirium keyed his comm to the frequency he'd specified for [member="Grace Darkson"]. "I will not succumb to such trivialities."

He brought the comm up to his lips. "Grace, secure whatever you can of the loyalists, and keep N 'goo from wiping out the mines' population. I have allowed him to sate himself, not to become engorged on what could be loyal soldiers."

With that, Mephirium turned his attentions back to Kruel. He met the Dashade with a curious look, but he did not hesitate to follow the Sith Lord. He called upon a simple manipulation of the ethereal currents -- a trick taught to him long before he had ever thought of taking up the mantle. The energies gathered about him like a cushion, extending further as he fell through the open air of Arkania. By the time he had landed, it'd extended so far that Mephirium felt his impact with the ground as little more than a slight jarring of the bones.

Satisfied with the descent, he rose back up to his feet. They had found themselves in what looked to be an admission building that rose over a small, albeit significant city.

"You're one for theatrics, Ambroscus."

Arkania

Vengeance cared nothing about Arkania. He didn't even really know why he was there. He some times went places on a whim. Of course some time away from Anya was turning out to be a good thing. Vengeance enjoyed training but Anya was still having a hard time not wanting to be the most powerful being in existence.

Apparently Vengeance chose the wrong time to visit...............seemed a little chaos was going on. He shrugged at the chaos around him. Warfare was not new to him. He actually missed it.

Standing in a clearing Vengeance just smiled his arms crossed watching the scene before him his hood concealing his smile and glowing yellow eyes.

Wiping his mouth Ngoo stood tall and sighed. His hunger was sated and his belly full. Much sustenance had been consumed. " Once I this Phrik is aquired I then the craftsmanship of a true builder can be shown. The mines" he eyes fell on a mountain range in the far distance. Red tendrils of energy errupted from his left hand absorbing any left over force from the pieces of flesh and meat at foot level. They shriveled up to decay and turned into ash.

From birds eye view more red tendrils of energy could be seen flashing every now and then as the Rakata attacked the small encampment. Once the screaming stopped a speeder could be seen leaving the town. Inside it sat Ngoo cramped and rather grumpy to be using a lesser species technology for transport. It was something he was going to have to get used to after all. The Infinite Empire was gone.

Jumping from his place next to Cyril, Kruel plummeted through the air like a boulder. Wind whipped past him whistling in his ears. The thrill of the fall surged through Kruel as he let gravity drag him down through the roof of the administration building with a sound resembling a grenade going out. The stone and durasteel shattered instantly beneath the great weight of the Dashade. Landing in a crouch the floor buckled a large dent now where Kruel had landed. One fist pressed to the ground in a kneeling motion to absorb the shock. How it felt so good the power of thousands filling him. Soon it would be millions as the Sith took the rest of the planet and brought it to bear beneath their might.

Looking with a mixture of shock and horror three Arkanian nobles stood in their extravagant silken robes. How they lived such luxurious lives while the rest of their population toiled in the mines working tirelessly to supply warriors and other companies with phrik. The Arkanian nobles were no better than any other aristocrats. Finally realizing the threat they faced the Arkanians began to flee the room their voices shouting over the sound of battle outside. They pleaded for anyone to help and for their lives to be spared. Kruel stood back and watched as they ran for the door trying to escape. With their backs still turned Kruel lifted his index finger slightly and enforced his will through the force. Surging from the fingertip was a wave of energy amplified by the sheer amount of emotions that were being fed into Kruel. The wave tore at the floor, desks, chairs and tables were destroyed on impact while the three escaping Arkanians imploded their blood and guts painted the wall and doorway they had tried to escape through. It was a masterpiece.

“You’re right I do have a joy for the theatrics in life. But we must be more than our ancestral brethren. They were so dull and worried about political maneuvering that they didn’t enjoy the smaller things in life. What do you think of my masterpiece?” Kruel asked painting at the portrait that had been painted on the walls of the chamber.

“Oh and do not think I forgot about your statement earlier. I do not care for leadership, I do not care about ruling. I am here fighting for something I believe in, that I have fought centuries for. So do not worry and if the day did come I don’t think you’d be able to surmount me alone.” Walking through the administration building Kruel pulled out his commlink and opened the channel so the entire planet would hear it. Beaming off the satellite of his own ship he hijacked their broadcasts. “People of Arkania, My people. For too long have the Aristocrats ruled over you unfairly. For too long have you been forced to break your backs mining the ore that they profit on, for too long has this planet followed the influence of the jedi. What has this gained you? A life of servitude wrapped in the shroud of being freedom. You are still serving those who care nothing for you. We have come to free you from those shackles. Us the Sith and your Lord Ambroscus. Those that tire of this endless day to day hell that the aristocrats put you through stand up, declare your loyalty to the Sith and we shall free you.”

Freedom.

A term used by those who had it, yet didn't understand it. The freedom to make your own choices without consequences. Freedom to live without having to deal with someone always over your shoulder. Slaves knew what freedom was. It was the release of chains, the removal of boundaries, and the act of oneself, for personal, or other gain. These "Nobles" thought so highly of themselves. Having all the freedom they cared for. Yet the question was asked. How did people decide who was more equal? They took it. By the tip of a sword. And such, their freedoms will be taken the same way.

Standing upon the ship that had come down with the Dashade. A towering man of power. A Sith Lord who I am following into battle for the first time. The Rakata who was lost from time, and a man shrouded in a cloak to be a mystery to me. The behemoth falling from the ship. Landing down to cut the strings of fate for many within a second. I followed suit. Falling after him. I could not take an impact like the man before me. My body would break. Using the force to act against gravity, I landed down silently as the being made his speech of freedom for the oppressed.

Men rushed through the doors of the room. Attempting to end what was happening. With precision, and speed. I pushed my body with the force. Sliding between two men as the blade cut the man's leg. Letting him drop as I rose. My hand reached out to grab a second man by his clothing. Running my blade through his spine. The sickening cracks as I broke bones, and the blade protruding from his chest. Gurgles of blood spilling from his mouth as I turned to the first man. His body backing away from me as I smiled brightly.

Reaching out with my hand, I pressed down on his wound. His scream of pain made my heart flutter.

"Oh, you know I love it when you scream for me."

My hand then erupted with the force. HIs voice screaming once more.

"It is inspired," Mephirium muttered, his nose turning up at the bloody display. He did not abhor such things, but he was not the sort to revel in the slaughter as Kruel did. Not without good reason. Without a man at the top keeping his head, things would swiftly fall to chaos. He could not afford to indulge himself in such base depravities, and fo rhis part, he was not sure how he felt about it.

"That is where you and I differ, Kruel, and yet we are two sides of the same coin. I cannot allow myself to become so entrenched in the violence. One must have a clear head to make rational decisions," despite his words, he did not hesitate to ignite his crimson blade. One of the nobles' guards opted to take his head off with a vibrolance. Mephirium met the weapon in kind, twisting so that the lance passed just over his left shoulder. He spun his weapon on the return, cleaving the man from shoulder to hip. "You are the hound, terrible and relentless in your fury. I am the houndmaster, I lack your volatile nature, but I know which creature we must hunt and where to find it."

The analogy might have been seen as an insult, but Mephirium meant it as a compliment. He had no doubt that Kruel could prove a danger to him, but then any Sith Lord could. In the back of his mind, he knew he could deal with the Dashade if he had to, but as Kruel had said, he had no interest in ruling. Together, the twin lords carved their way through the noble lords and their contingents of guards; Mephirium only came to a halt when he caught site of a Sith of note.

She was a girl, likely younger than the majority of warriors, but no less deadly. Mephirium watched as she tore a man asunder with what seemed to be little efforts, and smiled. "I was worried your warriors would have gotten soft during your slumber," he mumbled to Kruel. "Evidently not. Lovely speech, by the way."

He paused, looking up at the Dashade. "Command of this little operation is yours, as you well know. I am simply here to observe. With that in mind, what is your next step, Ambroscus?"

Vengeance turned towards the noise. The incredible noise of somebody making an entrance. A sound like the entire planet was ripping itself in half as a large building in the distance splintered. Vengeance chuckled and slowly began to walk towards it. A slow and calm but confident stride. As he moved a terrified man crashed into him speaking unintelligibly about monsters and demons.

Vengeance didn't even flinch grabbing the man by the throat, picking him up in a drag for a few steps before slamming the man on the ground. Vengeance would put his boot on the man's throat just before pulling the Tactical Fighting blade he always carried and plunging it into the man's heart.

"It is not the demon's you see you should be worried about..................but the ones you do not."

Vengeance looked back towards the building listening to the speech from this Lord Ambroscus. Vengeance chuckled shaking his head. More Sith making a power play. You could almost set your watch to it. Oh well it would be rude not to say hello.

Vengeance reversed the grip on his blade and dipped into the Force shooting towards the direction of the building. It would not take long before Vengeance found what he was looking for. He chuckled speaking to the group.

"Well I will give you this much." "You certainly know how to make an entrance."

Vengeance casually walked around the room looking at each of the people standing there. He stopped briefly looking at Akuma and the body at her feet. After a split second he would smile and reach out to pat the little monster on the shoulder before moving on. He then turned back to the larger group.

"So which is it." "Remnants of the One Sith jockeying for scraps, another hidden Force Cult taking advantage of a power vacuum?"

There was no sarcasm or malice in his voice..........just merely questions..............formalities gotten out of the way sooner rather than later.

As she watched the struggling beings below, a crooked grin crossed her face. The poor cattle, struggling down there, wanting desperately for freedom. She wondered if they understood what they wanted. Freedom wasn't just not being under someone's thumb. It was being free from morality, free from the rules that others needed to enforce on them. The Force shall free me.

"Grace, secure whatever you can of the loyalists, and keep N'goo from wiping out the mines' population. I have allowed him to sate himself, not to become engorged on what could be loyal soldiers."

A sigh escaped her lips. Power made masters. The Dark Lord had it, so she served him. When she was more powerful than him, she would take his place. Simple logic. "Yes, My Lord. Sidna Mine is ours." With that, she clambered down from the tower, watching the slaves struggling to open the gate. As she approached, she drew into the Force, pushing out a subtle influence on the ones that appeared to be the leaders. "I suggest you return to work."

"And why should we?" The reply came from a long-hared woman, tattoos and brands adorning her face and shoulder. Grace could feel rage and disgust rolling from the other woman. The girl had potential. If only someone had the time to tech her how to channel all that rage.

"Because there's a monstrous Sith Lord out there planning to eat anyone he comes across." She watched the woman's reaction. Fear. She had known Sith before. Interesting. "I can get him to leave you be, but only if you do your work."

"A Sith Lord?" The Offshoot's face was filled with surprise and fear, before the mask of anger hardened again. "Why should I believe that?"

"Why do you thing the guards ran?"

Location: Mines

" Run! go now! GO!" A miner screamed dropping his power hammer and mining laser to the ground. Fear swept the mine and from behind the sound of life being drained from the living could be heard in full. Walking rather casually through the Phrik mine the tall Rakatan alien eyed the systems and buildings around him. This was a mine? Oh how things had changed this his Era of time. Ngoo did could not fathom why the miners were running deeper into the mines, deeper into doom.

" Listen to me lesser species of Arkania. I will speak in such a way that your small brains will be able to understand what will happen. You are all Slaves... Yes. That is right. You will join the new reformation of our "Dominion". That is Choice one. Choice two is..." The Rakata walked slowly over to the cornered miners at the end of a earthy corridor. Extending a single finger and touching a man in the chest Ngoo watched as the mans breath began to draw short. Soon he was gasping for air and the area that was touched by Ngoo shifted into a dark green or gray color. It was Rotting away.

Standing horrified the group of miners backed away from the drained corpse, It could be seen in their eyes that they could still not understand the choice. " Choose please and know your work will not benefit me. Their is someone... Heheheh. With more lesser vision than I." Ngoo expressed touching another miner by him. After three more deaths the group of miners finally understood what was going on.

" Exit the mines and wait for pick up. Oh and... Where is the Phrik?" he asked.

With Akuma and even Cyril himself joining the fight Kruel need not worry being stabbed in the back by whatever guards or soldiers the Arkanian’s could muster. The city was already theirs, and soon enough the entire planet. Keeping his eyes on his apprentice as she easily dispatched guards through her superior use of the force and skills Kruel was impressed. He wouldn’t have to teach the girl much except the abilities she craved and how to tame her sadistic tendencies. Even Kruel had to keep his under a tight rein or else he would’ve simply destroyed the entire administration building instead of taking it for his own. With the speech he had just delivered Kruel was certain that more chaos would erupt across Arkania, further influenced by his followers. “Hmm a hound you say? Well remember that the master can do nothing without the hound unless they do it themselves.”

With chaos being perpetrated by his followers as well as the other Sith on the planet Kruel could feel it all pooling into him. The emotions and force he fed on would be akin to another feeding on a nexus except larger. Kruel could feel it all. The fear of the aristocrats that they would soon be debunked. The screams of the Outshoots as they were assured freedom from beneath the thumbs of the nobles. The fear of the Arkanian miners due to Ngoo’s actions. “As for my followers, she is a recent recruit. One of my apprentices, but one of the few with ample potential to surpass myself one day.”

Pulling out his datapad Kruel send a message for the Infineon to leave the port and begin dropping forces in the other cities around Arkania. They would take up their positions and ensure that the populace followed what laws would soon be placed upon it. “First off there is an ancient Jedi Praxeum on this planet that will be taken as my own and converted into something more suitable. We can use it to train our apprentices, nice and remote. Second the nobles will be put to work in the mine with the Offshoots being their supervisors.” Before he even finished his explanation another Sith joined the group.

“It’s getting a bit crowded in here and I’m beginning to get hungry.” Kruel said to the new Sith who had arrived the first question out his mouth was whether they were remnants of the One Sith. “Unlike you and your failure of an Empire we care not for power. We come to free this world and soon the galaxy from the chains that bind them. To destroy the order put in place by aristocrats who care for nothing more than profit and perpetuated by the jedi defending them… You can deal with this one Cyril I have preparations to make.”

Walking out of the mines with a crowd of indigent miners the tall alien lead the masses to a flat ground. Pressing a button on his comm Ngoo signaled to his allies. He was ready for pick up, his portion of the job was done. " This is Ngoo. The Slaves are ready for pick up. Sending Pickup location now." The Rakata turned around with a slight smirk and both eyes gazed over the different sets of people. Majority of them were humaniods but specifically a single alien stood out in his mind. It was a Abyssian standing tall among-st a group of people that was not his own. Suddenly it hit him. The feelings he was eating and consuming were not the miners but his own. The main feeling was fear overall and anger. Ironic the group he came to get was the metaphorical image of himself.

I watched as my master made his speech. Slowly using my blade to cut into the man's stomach. Slowly bringing the blade closer and closer to his chest by yanking it. Twisting the blade back and forth as I did so. My other hand was covering his mouth. His attempts at biting my hand only made my lust for the pain feel all the greater. I smiled as I then took the blade and yanked it one more time. Jabbing it through his chest and ending his life with very fun amounts of pain.

I shuddered at the feeling. Overhearing the Sith lords speak, my master mentioned I could potentially become stronger than him some day. He saw something in me others had not. I found honor in hearing his words. Even if his teachings were rather painful, and cruel at times. It was to break me, then build me anew. Much like exercising, you stressed the limits of your possible strength. Breaking it just at the right moment. So when it heals and fixes itself, its stronger, faster, and overall better.

As the new Sith Lord entered the room, patting my shoulder like I was a good little girl. A good slave. I wanted to slash his throat.

Nobody. Touches me.

Standing up I walked in after him. His questions were allowed, and my master spoke back to the man. Stating we were here to free the worlds of oppression, yet have our own twist. We would lead them, and allow them to choose their ruler to be us. Then, and only then could we act like leaders among men. Walking behind him, I cleaned my blade on a cloth before sheathing the weapon.

"You sense of power is twisted Sith. Even kings can fall to the strength of their minions. Power taken by force, can only be taken away by force.Touch the wrong slave, and you will find out how much strength they can hold."

The Sith would learn I may be small in stature. Weak within the force, however that would not stop me from attempting to kill him should he stand in between my mission. My master asking for Darth Mepherium to take care of everything here. My master was hungry. Should you stand in his way during his hunger, you will regret any form of life you have. I could almost feel the beings hunger. Should it be in a physical form, It would surely consume all within the room.

I would follow after my master's footsteps. For now, I followed in his shadow. Some day soon, I would no longer be a shadow.
