Sub-forums?

I am trying to set up my faction so people can join it and know what there is about us, but I can't figure out how to set up sub-forums and bunch of other stuff.

[member="William Kerkov"] goto faction control pannel on your home screen down at the bottom is manage forum, press that and in top right in new box is add forum
