PRE-ROLEPLAY HISTORY:

Su Rov was born to a large Sullustan family within a humble community on one of Castilon's numerous islands. While poor in many respects and dealing with numerous challenges from social problems, wildlife, weather and pirate threats it was made bearable by the strong bond they held together.

Although from an early age Su became interested in flying specifically from the Racing Pilots from the neighboring Colossus Station who visited her town's port on occasion and often came to the Rov family mechanic shop. In addition the stories told by spacers passing by about the galaxy added to her fascination. Learning the family trade she eventually managed to convince her parents to let her go work independently at the Colossus at age fifteen.

Once there she found it more different and difficult from her hometown. Even so she worked hard as part of the mechanic crew of the Toydarian racer, Kang Din. Not an easy person to get along with but after impressing him the aging racer sometime later agreed to train her as a pilot. Through his tutelage she learned much and saved enough credits to fix up a salvaged Z-95 Headhunter to fly as her own when just turning seventeen.

She entered the Colossus races, officially, slowly and steadily building her reputation as a pilot over a year. However, a jealous rival named Jot Deler framed her for theft and Kang Din denounced her for a bribe. Betrayed and facing arrest Su panicked and fled the station and Castilon itself. Ace Squadron chased after her including Jot before going into an asteroid field until they gave up, believing she crashed. Barely escaping and her craft heavily damaged she managed to get out of the field.

Rendered unconscious from the ordeal, Su was discovered and picked up by a smuggler freighter. Upon waking up she was manipulated into joining the crew, believing she can't go back home now.

She worked for them as their new mechanic shortly before replacing the pilot who was killed in a deal gone wrong at a Garel spaceport. The girl soon embraced the thrill of the lifestyle before they continued their crimes in Hutt Space before heading into Alliance territory for the next two years.

Many times she gave local authorities the slip in flight and enjoyed the challenge of it. Yet her conscience became more and more burdened as time went on despite efforts to deny it. Eventually during a job on Corellia Su discovered the ‘medicine’ they were going to transport to Fondor were actually death sticks. Ashamed at how so far she had fallen, Su deliberately sabotaged the ship, keeping it ground and turned herself over to Corsec.

Willingly during interrogation she gave up the rest of the gang, telling everything she knew about them and their suppliers and buyers. Her testimony was instrumental in destroying a drug smuggling ring. Following the trial Su, now twenty, spent only a few days in a Corellian prison before she was interviewed by the Alliance military who had been researching her flying record however criminal it had been.

Offered a chance for atone for her past crimes and a chance to fly for a better cause Su accepted. Under close supervision by superiors and great suspicion by fellow recruits she often made mistakes but didn't give up until she finally learned and proved herself the best in her training group, specializing in X-Wing class fighters.

After graduation Su served with Mynock Squadron, taking part in anti-piracy operations. During an ambush by Mawite Remnants in Wild Space she saved her squadron commander, drawing several hostile fighters away from him in a perilous chase and blasted two in quick succession before her comrades finished off the rest.

This decisive action earned her a commendation and was briefly part of a new program before a training accident occurred. Soon after she was transferred back to Mynock Squadron and during which she learned to fly the new RZ-5 class A-Wing.
