Obviously you can apply for a planet in the codex which contains stygium and such materials, just realize if they believe you are using it for your own gain (i.e; going to use the planet for resources and little else) that they'll deny it.

Generally speaking, creating a planet for a single use is generally not going to get approved. Similarly to the warnings most members get when they make one and have an affiliation of the planet with a faction, the same would be said of a company.

Its not a single use. The planet would have the crystals, ship bays, ship yard, an area for a building. I don't know how Cross plans on doing it but that's what I'd expect [member="Silara Vantai"]

Its also worth noting, guys, that if you do somehow work your way to a world like that, you become a huge target.

By single use, I mean for a faction or company's own personal resource center. As in, if that company/faction were to disappear, the planet would find no use until someone found out about the resources on it.

The entire point is the issue of the purpose you're trying to find for it for the sake of getting x materials. Using it for a single purpose, regardless of what it is, is frowned upon.
