Description:
A smaller version of the unique "Thunder Chain." This variant is not to be taken lightly. The main body of the weapon is made of sturdy titanium chain links. These links allow more flexibility than a traditional shock whip's braided metal ribbons, this translates into a weapon more suited to wrapping around limbs and weapons.
The chain ends in a six inch spade shaped blade of solid titanium. Slicing, stabbing or simply whipped about at the end of the chain, this blade is sure to make it's presence felt.
The stun function of the shock chain is intended to disable nearly any humanoid it comes up against, a massive 950,000 volt shock. Of course this still has limitations. The high voltage means the weapon can not stay active constantly. Once the weapon discharges it's burst the weapon enters a ten second recycle phase.
The weapon grip is coated in rubber to insulate the operator. This is then wrapped is premium leather giving a solid, slip resistant hand hold. The grip's base, or pummel, opens for quick replacement of expended energy cells.
