Day 1 - Tython
She was dripping sweat as she ran, at full speed. For hours upon hours. She was training herself, pushing her limits. Tahl was studying the Matukai philosophy. Trying to better herself in her own techniques, she was using exercise as a form of meditation. This was how she was keeping herself clean and strong, purifying herself through physical activity. She ran and ran with sweat dripping down her face.
It didn't really help that she was running across land that had trees, bushes, tall grasses, and many possible wile animals, set up like obstacle courses. There was a lot of agility involved as well. Jumping over fallen trees, ducking under branches, pushing through bushes, and vines. Once she came out she had accumulated scraps, and scratches from forcing her way through flora. As much as she wanted to stop she just couldn't, this was the only way she was going to achieve balance and harmony between the spiritual force, and the physical body.
She came to an open grove, where she stopped and quickly lost the control to stand up. She had to use her hands, placed on her knees, as support to keep herself from falling over out of exhaustion. She was breathing extremely heavy. This was part of her training she had to get to this point so that she could call upon the force to refresh her spirit with a tireless energy that allowed her to exert her body far past her unaided physical limits for hours at a time without tiring. Though she wasn't a master at this technique yet, though she was adept enough to refresh some of her stamina back, with the aid of her natural affinity for Battlemind.
She stood back up, still exhausted but with energy to keep herself moving, and working out. Tahl moved to lay on the ground slowly. She laid on her stomach with her hands on the ground in push up position. She began doing a rigorous amount of push ups. Her arms quickly became sore, and with her already not being at full strength this was a difficult task to do. She pushed through, using Battlemind to keep replenishing her stamina. Not only was she training the physical body, but also her mental abilities as well.
Tahl flipped over, and began doing sit ups, her face showed the intense pain she was experiencing. She was on the brink of tears, while doing this. This was complete torture, but thus the matukai philosophy. That's probably what kept her going; thinking about how much she would gain from pushing herself through the training regime. She began to cry from the pain. Her body was signaling her to stop, telling her that she had reached her limits. She hadn't stopped though, there was so much to gain; the grass was greener on the other side.
Matukai philosophy encouraged physical exercises in hopes of developing an inherently weak connection to the Force into something stronger. This was her goal and once Tahl finished her last set, she force herself up. This wasn't easily down as all her muscles were completely in pain. She slowly rose up, and began to run again with the little energy she had left. With every stride there was Hugh sigh of exhaustion; she was gasping for air.
Though now she was just a step closer to being the best.
