"That is a good question. I haven't thought that far in advance." There weren't many places they could go. Hawk wanted time to figure this amulet out before making the final decision to destroy it. Hopefully the force would lead the way.

He thinks for a moment. "Yes that it. We will go to Dagobah. It far enough away from civilization. I really want to test this thing." He knew that he was playing with fire.

She thought for a few moments, "No, I actually can't come up with anything, though I would like to" She smiled. Dagobah. Land of swamps, bugs. moving trees. And...what else...nothing there was nothing else there.

"How long till we get there?"

"Yeah it's not my favorite place either." He inputs the coordinates into the navicomputer. "It is going to takes 12 hours to get there. That enough to get some food and sleep. We will need it. The last time, I was there. We had a rough landing. Didn't we sweetheart." He says to the ship. He pats the console lovingly. "It took forever to remove all the mud, bugs and other wild life out of her."

Once the ship makes the jump to hyperspace. Hawk turns his attention to Leilani. "Sorry, I dragged you into this..But I am happy that you are here."

"I'm not happy about being dragged into this Hawk, but it would seem that it was inevitable." Now she was alone with him, what should she say to him. "So got any juicy Jedi gossip to share?"

"Yeah I think I have some juicy gossip.. we can discuss over dinner." He stands and heads to the galley. Now it was time to impress her with his cooking skills. He decides on some simple. He decides on spaghetti and salad. He opens a bottle of wine.

He pours them a glass of wine. He takes a sip of wine. He sets the table with a candles in the middle. He was trying to have a romantic supper for Leilani.

Leilani could smell something it did smell good, it smelled like tomatoes. She walked back to where Hawk had been hiding himself. He remembered she liked romance, she picked up the glass of wine, "I like gossip, this looks like you put in a lot of effort, thank you"

She smiled.

"so, fill me in on gossip"

Hawk places a bowl of spagetti with meatballs, salad and bread on the table. Than lights the candles while filling her in on the gossip. "Well..the gossip going around the temple these days is that Cocci is pregnant. I'm wondering if the wedding wasn't a shotgun one." He takes a seat across from her. Using the force, he lowers the lights in the galley and switches on some romantic music.

Leilani looked at the meal, he had gone to a lot of trouble she sat down and waited quietly for him to sit. "Well that is what happens usually when people marry, someone ends up pregnant"

She looked at the salad, "I hear the Silvers have a new fighting unit called the Wild Cards, have you heard of them?" she smiled, yes that had come her way that tiny bit of information.

"Just some rumblings..that about it. I've been busy with helping gathering minerals." He pours an rasberry vignette onto his salad. He munches on the salad. It was so good.

She looked so pretty by the candle glow. Her eyes sparkled. "For the ship we are building." He says. He knew he shouldn't say anything about it but he trusted her.

"Leilani..I really adore you." He says stumbling over his words. She made him feeling tongue tied. "I think I'm in love with you."

Leilani was eating her salad with no dressing she preferred the taste of the vegetables in it. Now when Hawk said he thought he was in love with her she stopped chewing, smiled nervously, now she had a choice pursue the subject of the ship, or his declaration.

Two fold.

"What makes you think you're in love with me, and what ship?"

"I can't stop thinking about you. Even when I supposed to be training or on a mission. I'm always trying to find you. I see someone with your hair color I do a double take." He paused to take a breath. He was rambling.

"It not just your physical beauty but your inner self. I feel this connection to you. I can't explain it. Its deep within my soul. I love you. I want to be with you always."

She wanted to explain gently to Hawk that as a side effect of the pheromones she heard this too often. She did not want to hurt him for he genuinely believed what he said. "We can talk about it Hawk, I just" She put her glass down.

"have a lot of....people say they love me I am attracted to you, and find being with you comforting, I don't know if it is love." And then she thought there is my job and what I am doing with information I get from you.

She rarely asked him for anything but maybe he would go to Coruscant for her and get an item of value from their museum. Was that proof of love, or just her putting him through hoops. She tried not to scowl at the thought.

Slowly lopsided smile spreads across his face. She admitted that she was attractive to him. "I know you are afraid that your Zelton pheromones are affecting me. Don't forget I'm a Jedi. I'm able to control to my reaction to them. Believe me in the beginning when I met you. I wanted to grabs you and ravish you against the nearest wall. Now I know how to control that impulse."

"I still want to but for other reasons." He reaches across the small table to take her hand in his. He gently kisses her hand nibbling on her knuckles. "I love you enough for the both of us. I will do anything for you." He knows he should add with in reason.

He'd do anything for her. She smiled, "I'd like to see the defensive systems for the new flag ship" not a single blink or hesitation. " can you get me that?"

She held his hand all the while. Did he mean what he said?

Hawk chuckles slightly. What a strange thing to ask? He thought for sure it would be something more materialistic like buy me some jewelry. "Sure, I can give you a tour of the ship once it built. Right now it not very interesting to look at. It just the framing." She was probably testing him.

"Right now we have to figure out this amulet. I do have a question for you. How were able to resist Nate force ability? " He could tell by their body language that something was happening between them. Could she have some latent force skills?

"I don't know maybe it is something in my genetic make up, it just felt very focused and well perhaps I'm just to strong willed to be pushed around. She smiled. "Ok the amulet first...so.where do we go to figure this out?"

She took another drink of wine.

Hawk arches an eyebrow at her explanation. He wasn't sure if he believed her. Strong will or not..it would be hard to resist Nate's force influences.

"We might have to test theory at later date." He place the amulet on the table in between them. The gem in the center looked like is 5 ct brilliant cut diamond. "We are going to Dagobah. I want to figure out this thing before I make an decision about it fate."

"It strange. No color now in the center. It like it sleeping."

Or maybe she just wasn't wired in a way to be affected by the force, afterall there were species and individuals who were not influenced.

Leilani looked at the amulet she did not get too close to it, just in case it was waiting.

"It could be. Maybe it takes certain circumstances for it to react"

"That a possibility. I can test right now." Hawk takes a knife from the table and cut his forearm deep enough for it to bleed. Hawk places his arm near the amulet and watches it begin to glow. It slowly turns light blue. Through the force, Hawk could feel it calming influence.

"Interesting. It was an affect on the force. I feel more calm and relax."

She looked at the amulet, "Why would it take blood to glow and why would that make you feel calm?" she didn't understand so she would need instruction.
