Stepping down as Faction Owner

After a good run I feel we're in a strong place as a Faction. However, I don't feel I can fully dedicate the time to leading the Faction on top of my other responsibilities.

I would like people to put their names forward to become the new Faction Owner. I'll be staying on as as admin until the end of the Hoth Hex Invasion to help out.
