DESCRIPTION: The steak frites was added to Pizza Hutt's menu when the staff realized that some regions preferred to eat meat over pizzas or breaded fish, especially when the trial run in the Caravan of Curiosities proved conclusive. Of course, as is standard with grilled meats, six different donenesses are available, from lowest to highest: bleu, rare, medium rare, medium, medium done and well-done. Also, because it is nothing more than an ordinary piece of grilled meat, there is also another drawback: once a doneness is decided upon, there is no means to change it down, only up. In addition, there are four possible fries cuts: julienne/Caesarean (different names in different regions), regular, medallion and beefeater. It is usually served using locally-bred nerf meat or, when it is not possible, from elsewhere in a sector.
