SPECIAL FEATURES
 • Central Command Biocomm Network (xhttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/114152-central-command-biocomm-network/) - In accordance with new building standards the CCBN has been installed on the Steadfast making it easier to communicate with all other ships within First Order space while maintaining a tap on emergency situations.
 • Emergency Hyperwave Transmission Network (xhttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/115796-emergency-hyperwave-transmission-network/) - Naturally a ship built for both medical and rescue operations would have the EHTN installed. This allows the Steadfast and her crews respond to situations as they arise and with greater efficiency than before.
 • Repulsorlift - Enabling the Steadfast to work in a variety of environments the Repulsorlift works where traditional ion engines won’t or cannot.
 • Tractor Beam - Enables the Steadfast to pull wreckage, or hold another vessel in place while working through an emergency situation.
 • Overlapped Shielding - Two shields overlapped one on top of the other to provide an extra layer of defense, albeit small.
 • Pursuit Missile Defense - First Order created point defense system for a better, more efficient defensive system, and with modular ammunition this allows the Steadfast to better prepare for combat as they dive to rescue military crews and citizens from danger.
 • Howlback XII (xhttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/115791-howlback-xii-ion-engine/) - This newly designed engine was installed to provide the Steadfast with an increase in speed. Allowing it to travel faster than its predecessor the original Steadfast-class.

Strengths:

 • Higher Speed: The Howlback XII allows the Steadfast II to move faster than it did before as the Steadfast I. Ensuring that they’re able to save more lives and move quicker through both atmospheric flight and sublight.

 • Pursuit Defense: In addition to her two ion turrets the Steadfast II is now equipped with two new point defense systems allowing her the added bonus of being able to defend herself.
Weaknesses:

 • Limited Firepower: While she has new defenses, the Steadfast still lacks any actual teeth to cut into any opponents. Leaving the ship vulnerable to capital ship fire.

 • Increased Output: With the Howlback XII the ship has an increased output of heat making it easier to trace with rockets and other heat-seeking missile systems.
Description

Not to be forgotten from the new refit system, the Steadfast-class was the next ship added to the roster. She would be a larger ship than before and given more defensive weapons to help her out when running in and out of combat zones. A repulsorlift for when ion engines are not needed for the job, and a tractor beam to help with rescue missions.

Once more she would be equipped with a reentry liner, and atmospheric friction shields allowing the ambulatory vessel to easily break into and out of various planetary atmospheres.

With the expanded vessel, her capacity to serve has also been expanded. No longer limited to six patients, she can serve anywhere between twelve and eighteen patients. As always one must be certified to operate the vessel with certifications from both FIMS and either FIASG or FON. The Steadfast is a joint operation ship working for Navy, All-Surface Guard and the Army.
