The High Republic is currently a Major faction, I suggest searching around there if you want to make a jedi
Salvage Team Six
Could also try the Rebel Alliance!

Scattered. The High Republic is the premier community. Many Jedi there, with an established history on the board.
There is the Rebel Alliance mentioned above, though the vibe there is much more post-Order 66, very plucky and underdog.
There used to be a major faction called the Galactic Alliance with their New Jedi Order. Not too long ago, IC, which you can use as backstory for a Jedi. The NJO was effectively destroyed, along with the Alliance, by Dark Siders (first Imperials, then Sith).
And then there are the many enclaves and praxeums of scattered Jedi writers. Mainly personal projects, but absolutely worth checking out. I believe someone tried to compile them all at one point but I've lost sight of who and whether they succeeded.
I'm not as in-touch with the Jedi as I used to be, but I spent a long stretch of time with 'em.

I was the one mapping out where all the enclaves were located. I do have that data, but it's not updated since GA fell.
What everybody else said is pretty much the way of things.
Basically, The High Republic has The Jedi Order, and that is the most organized Jedi group on the board. Small enclaves are spread all over.

Rebels are currently working on assembling a Wild Knights squadron but it’s much more rag tag and bootstrap.
The High Republic is definitely the spot for traditional Jedi Order shenanigans.
