- Description: The culmination of more than four decades of planning, the Starbird Museum was envisioned to be the centerpiece of the Anaxsi contribution to the great tapestry of galactic history. A proud people with a long history of military service, Anaxes more often than not has served as a founding member of the galaxies greatest governments - from the Old Republic to the current iteration of the Galactic Alliance. It's this nationalistic pride that led the Azure Commonwealth to pursue Project Starbird - the construction of a massive space station in orbit of Anaxes that would house the Starbird Museum, a monument to the galaxies storied history with democracy and autocracy and a citadel from which the people of the galaxy can embrace the struggles and triumphs of the past.

It is here where tours begin, and where classes on the galaxy's storied and checkered history with democracy and autocracy is taught. The Starbird Museum is housed within Liberty Station i n orbit of Anaxes and therefore is heavily guarded, both by the Anaxsi Defense Fleet and a separate Galactic Alliance Task Force which itself has been enlarged following the Mawite assault on Courscant and their attempted destruction of Tython. In addition to this, the Starbird Museum has its fair share of guards and automated defense systems designed to prevent theft of museum property. It is not uncommon to see
